Mis-Sold Sim DO NOT USE Adam Phones via Radius Telecomms
If I could put zero stars I would.. Radius talked my husband into changing to Adam’s Phones sim and promised £6 a month (we have the email) they’re now trying to say he agreed to £12 a month plus vat .. he’s not received a bill which we’ve been asking for .. they’ve attached one to his portal but has no log in details … diabolical company .. I’m trying to get a PAC code so I can get him back to a legit company but no email relies .. don’t touch this company
They contacted us to say to get out of the 24 month contract we need to pay another £148 on top of the £203 we’ve just paid .. remember this is just a SIM nothing else .. please don’t touch this company or Radius Telecoms who push dead people to sign up to a 24 month contract … terrible how do you sleep at night
