they sent me an old discontinued model…
they sent me an old discontinued model with traces of usage and missing parts, in stead of the new article that they advertised on their webshop (no mention of B-stock or anything). Eventually, after almost two months, numerous emails and telephone calls, and a return shipment fee that i never recovered, i received the correct article. On the good side: i am now very happy with it. But i can't believe they tried to dump old showroom stuff on a new customer. Make that an ex new customer.
