just got this from their attorney.
Adams will release the lien upon receipt of $9,894.75 and the signed attached Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement is substantially similar to the previous version I sent you, except the settlement payment amount has been changed and Section 7 requires CA House to remove any negative reviews of Adams it published online.

BEWARE. They will ADD on extra Fees for PROCUREMENT OF $750(in my case). Also ENGINEERED DRAWING OF 1,000 for in my opinion are off the shelf drawings. Paid 1/2 down of $6,465 and the second half invoice is for $9,324. Worst experience EVER dealing with a sign company. From the sales guy to the secretary to the head of design. They waited until my sign was finished to apply for a sign permit. Not only applied for the wrong permit but the application lacked drawings to show how the sign was to be installed so they were turned down. I was told it was a process and I would just have to wait.
I was also told the sign installation would be at beginning of September. The owner or anyone that cares will not talk to me. Their attorney filed a Mechanics lien against me and has continued to harass we. He agreed to an 8K settlement but only if I take down this review. And If I don't take down the review he will take me to court for attorneys fee and interested plus the full amount including the plug figures. UPDATE: So now they will NOT even accept payment in full to release the mechanics lien. VERY VINDICTIVE PEOPLE……
