ass platform. I just wanna book a flight from la to ind. i wanna add 1 checkin baggage but on the platform it didnt tell me if i got. After booking I search for that on official website that i dont got checked baggage. ass experience. and the refund process is slow af.

I booked round trip with Adam Vacations and only got one way fly ticket. I keep calling them every day and was told the same thing "don't worry, you are 100% fine and will get ticket in 2 or 3 hours. Your ticket was in the airline queue etc.". Finally, I bought another return ticket from airline directly.

Alaska Airlines deemed that they use deceptive business practices!!!

I booked 3 tickets on Alaska Airlines through Adam Vacations in one single transaction.
- One ticket no issues at all
- Second ticket couldn't online check in because they made changes afterwards, which caused additional charge. Alaska waived the fee after I complaint at the airport check-in counter
- Third ticket was somehow changed to an earlier flight by Adam Vacations. We never requested the change nor we received any notification. The ticket was forfeited. We end up had to purchase a new ticket at the counter!!!

GARBAGE SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, I BEG YOU!!! We booked our flights back in April and I received all of our flight info, confirmed booking and confirmed payment info. We were set. Except the flight came and they proceeded to tell us our flights didn’t exist. They were never booked. I HAVE ALL OF OUR CONFIRMATION INFORMATION!!!! they told us we might have that but it doesn’t matter. They yelled at us on several phone calls and always hung up on us and ended live chats. THEY ARE A SCAM!! Do not trust them!!!!

We booked an international flight months in advance with Adams Vacation. Just days before we were to depart we discover that our reservations had never been actually secured with the airlines (we tried to enter a millage number, but our reservations were not on record). All the flights were still availible, but Adams Vacation decided to cancel our tickets instead of booking them, likely because the tickets were now more expensive. Clearly their fault and horrible customer service. Their mistake cost us two thousand dollars, a lot of time on hold, and a huge headache from stress. Don't ever use Adams Vacation.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They issued a ticket with an incorrect name and rudely refused to correct it. They were extremely rude and hung up on us twice. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Rudest people I have ever had to deal with.

I paid extra for the 'flexible ticket' option and then customer service refused to help adjust my flights, so they offered to refund me the small amount of the flexible ticket purchase. I refused and asked for a full refund. After agreeing to a partial refund of the trip, it has been nearly a month and the refund has not been issued.

Even after receiving a confirmation email that our international flight was confirmed to Paris, we showed up to the airport to find out they had never booked our flight, but taken our money. We cannot stress enough the inconvenience this company caused us with extra costs to rearrange travel. Please do not use Adam Vacation. Hopefully our terrible experience can help you avoid booking with them.
