DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMSTERS

Angel helped me make a change to a ticket I booked when I realized I'd made the trip a day longer than I intended. She was incredibly responsive and not only got the change made with the airline but also kept me on budget. Highly recommend!

Booking ticket was smooth and easy. Mr. Vaibhav was very kind and helpful and love the service.

Stay away from Adams Vacations. Do not book with them. You have been warned.

I booked with them online and paid. They contacting me stating that they needed more money to book my flight. Once I paid it I was told, they would issue my ticket. They never did.

I arrived at the airport and they informed me the ticket had not been issued in my name.

The response is what makes this exceptionally bad. They told me there was nothing they could do about my flight, it would be best to just buy the ticket from the airport.

They then told me I would received a refund in 3 to 5 business days, when I called back at day 3, they told me it could take up to 15 days.

So to recap: no ticket, took my money, and so far, I am still waiting on the Refund.

Air India had messed up my booking that I made with Adam vacations due to their internal glitch with a huge price difference!! But Abran Castillo went above and beyond to confirm our ticket with the same previous price which displays exceptional customer service and trust. I would surely recommend Adam Vacations and myself would give them more business in future.

Jason was very detail oriented and took care to see my son and I were sitting together. Due to the transactions being two weeks apart, was very conscious to meet the deadlines/time frame needed. I would use Jason again.

I recently worked with Akanksha Yadav to book my flight tickets, and her customer service was exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire booking process effortless by understanding my needs and presenting great options. I highly recommend Akanksha for anyone needing travel assistance!

We booked a flight to Split, Croatia. Hours later we receive a call at 6AM informing us that our seats need to be upgraded for an additional $225 because the L class seats we booked aren't available AT THE ORIGINAL PRICE, the upgrade would be to R class seats - literally no change in class just $225 more per person. They will list flights and "guarantee" lowest flight AVAILABLE....we got a good lesson on what that trick line means. They sell things to hook you but those seats at that price aren't really available.

We jumped online and found many negative reviews, which led us to request a refund instead of agreeing to an upgrade. After several minutes on hold and told the refund would take 30 days, we were put on hold for even longer and a "supervisor" was put on the phone to tell us that they would honor the original price, that the rep was "fresher". We again repeated we want to cancel for a refund. They didn't want us to cancel. They made us reply to the confirmation email we received stating we want to cancel.

We called our bank and reported fraud, since the charge was still in a pending state.

So glad everyone shared their experiences in these reviews to save us the heartache of having a vacation ruined due to arriving at an airport only to discover we actually have no flights.

Do not book with Adam Vacations! It's a scam.
