Was easy quick efficient and ordered exactly what I wanted. Came well packaged with care,within 3days of ordering.

No problem with Addabow, or the product. You were let down by Evri. Took over a week to deliver a package that looked like an elephant had sat on it.

Ordered two iems but one of the items received was nothing like the picture on the website, it came in the wrong box, missing parts and so I politely requested a replacement or refund straight away. No one replied to me. I have emailed, called, filled out the contact form but nothing and this was a week ago! Really disappointed and frustrated about this. If they had got back to me it could have been sorted so easily but I have been completely ignored!

Package arrived when advised. Well packed and no delivery charge!

I would advise simpler packaging to cut costs.

The box was left out in the storm, open and empty. Been trying to get hold of somebody for over a week and nobody has replied or returned my calls.

One point that would have been helpful... I was lucky that one of the colours was available, it would have been helpful to give a time span of when other colours would be again available.
A friend bought me my purse some years ago. I have since purchased two more myself for gifts for other friends who love mine. Don't stop producing this little purse!

I ordered a bag. Arrived v promptly but wrong colour ( hard to see from pic). Have tried on multiple occasions to initiate a return as dictated by their website .no reply with either direct or website emails .no reply to messages left on mobile number and dedicated number for returns says it’s out of order and the fault has been reported. They have a 90 day no quibble refund policy but I can only think they are ending operation and don’t want returned stock.SO DONT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WONT NEED TO RETURN. for me it’s wasted £56.
Eventually I had a reply asking for details re reason for return and had I used etc ( this info was in my original email and I also thought this was digitally visible to them when I generated the online return request after all they boast being paperless). I received a email to say they had enough information then another to say I had not completed all the questions. I replied. Then I had an email asking for the same information all over again. Each response takes an average of 4 working days and takes me full circle.
I was getting near the end of the time interval for returning and found the return label hidden on the front of the original packaging not in the bag as they describe.
I’m still waiting on a response from the last message3 days ago.

I bought a beautiful purse but it is too large!! My fault however I have tried to return it for three days.
Help number is out of action . It is asking you to report it but no number to do that . I also cannot believe I am expected to pay the return . Really unhappy with this company ….no way to get in touch ..
