Bought 4 Strawberry Thief teapot/cup units as a gift to my sister, one of them, due to poor packaging from the factory, came in broken.
Wrote an email, next morning received reply, because it's very rare pieces and they sold last ones to me, agreed on refund witch came in after few days.
Situation was dealt in polite manner with stress free experience.

My order arrived in 2 days. I had been looking for a specific music box and I found it on Addabox. I also bought a phone projector.
The gifts were well wrapped and the lovely sparkly tissue paper was a nice touch. I'll definitely be looking on Addabox for Christmas presents

Superbly packed, promptly delivered. However, I was at home for the delivery time and the box was just left inside my gate, delivery driver did not even knock my door. Also, not left in the specified safe place, so was fortunate to discover it, when I went outside. Perhaps something to address with DPD? Very happy with the product, beautiful, thank you so much.
