It takes a lot for me to write a review.

I just wanted to express how disappointing this sites customer service and communication has been regarding my order delivery.

A week ago was supposed to be the day of delivery yet I have not even got a track and trace link?

Theses were gifts and I purchased them due to the date of delivery recorded before I checked out.

They make it difficult to contact let alone expecting them to respond. If they can’t provide a track and trace link for delivery at least provide a link for feedback so people affected like me can write a formal complaint.

Appalling Customer Service

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Bought football boots and after 40 minutes of use and only having them 12 hours they all came away from the sole , i sent them back saying they were defective and not fit for purpose and after 3 weeks i come home to them being sent back to me with a note saying return rejected as they have been warn ( obviously ) and no manager at addidas are willing to discuss, the live chat are ignoring me to . Never again will i order from Addidas , absolutely appalling Customer Service!!!!

ADIDAS is a manufacturer of substandard products. ADIDAS seems to enjoy mocking its customers.

Two pairs of ADIDAS beach footwear fell apart after just 10 days of use. ADIDAS customer support does not issue refunds. Nine days ago, I sent a video and photos of the defective footwear to ADIDAS customer service, and in return, I received mocking questions that I had already answered before.
DO NOT BUY from ADIDAS because they are a bunch of swindlers, crooks, and manipulators.

Ordered predator football boots with a blue and yellow part in the sole.Delighted when they arrived in time for Christmas only to see they're all black.Tried to chat with customer service only to keep getting cut off.To say im fuming is an understatement.As these where for a present.

Do not recommend ordering from this company

Ordered and despatched on the 9th. Confirmed by the courier as being received on the 9th and sent out for delivery on the 10th. Delivery failed on the 10th and courier are now unable to locate my parcel. Contacted addidas as I need the shoes to start training for an upcoming race and was told I will have to wait until Friday (this is Tuesday) explained that the courier have lost the shoes and got a very rude response of I told you you will have to wait until Friday. Spent a lot of money with addidas but won't be making that mistake again. Really do not recommend ordering from this company unless you are keen to be robbed of £170 and treated like rubbish when you try to resolve.

Hounded by my kids to enter this drop…

Hounded by my kids to enter this drop campaign to the "lucky" one to buy boots second time I wasted my time on this nonsense the app experience is shocking when you click to validate the purchase it kicks you out of the queue and back into a loop seriously who runs IT in Addidas. Well its 280€ winding its way to Nike instead.
Apps deleted now permanently.

as a loyal customer, I have spent a lot of money on the website. I am really disappointed with the returnning process. Lengthy, lacking effective communications, took a lot of phones calls to check the status. I am still awating for my money back. I will not buy anything from them again.

Wouldn’t order again from adidas gonna cancel my account soon as my order arrives was double charged for a Real Madrid kids home shirt I asked for a refund and was told because it has Bellingham on the back counts as been customized there for they can’t reimburse me even though they charged me twice .customer service representative cut me off also DONT ORDER from this company
