Beautiful frame, good quality and arrived promptly with photo included

I purchased the bobbin salt & pepper grinders and the the orange & silver enamel studio photo frame (with the bonus of the added photo), they are all great quality and I’m going to order more. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Addison Ross several months after having received a gift of salt and pepper grinders which I loved, but unfortunately did not work.

The service I received reminded of another time. That is, true customer service. Prompt, friendly, helpful, no questions asked. I had my replacement grinders in a matter of days (I'm in Australia). Fantastic service. Thank you so much. Really sets you apart.

Nice product but charging for wrapping the item with a bow only, is just not right

I bought a large striped ottoman tray, for my lounge, it was delivered promptly and the tray was absolutely top quality craftsmanship. The colours tone beautifully. Practical yet a beautiful addition that sets off the whole room - it was perfect.

I am having to pay $633 HKD for a return to the factory. I would like these returned but the shipping cost is crazy to be through the purchaser. That is the first I have ever heard of this.

Addison Ross has a lovely range of well made homeware. I loved the colours of the tall salt/pepper grinder AND it arrived at the speed of light!

Products are lovely. I struggled with the website. Trying to order a frame with the photo uploaded took time and patience.
Having done this, the confirmation email did not show the product with the photo uploaded, so I have no idea if my attempts to have the photo included worked. This was a gift so I haven’t seen the final result.
When checking out, the company use a system for payment and delivery that is less user friendly than many other companies.
