I ordered a frame and a tray as a gift, once they arrived I ended up ordering a tray for myself as they are so pretty!

I loved the design of the salt and peper medium size pieces. I got them in 2 different pinks. They looked lovely so I decided to take to the bin the box it came on. But sadly when I started to use them. Firstly I got it as they were medium size (not cheap prize) and the space to put the salt is super minimum. So pretty much you can’t put much salt or pepper. And the salt is not properly grinded so pretty much you need to buy the big one to have normal amount of salt. But not sure about the performance anyway. So bad performance and super small space inside to put the salt and pepper. £41 for each one. Very unnhappy with this purchase

I order a bobbin rechargeable lamp just before Christmas. The lamp came with some defects such as dents at the top near the power button along with the power button itself not working sometimes. To be fair, when I brought the issue to them they were extremely quick to issue a replacement lamp to me which at first seemed fine but 4 weeks later while plugging it in to charge the entire charging unit inside detached and is now shaking around unusable inside the lamp, I contacted them again about this and yet again they were extremely quick to issue a replacement lamp however this third lamp is very crooked and also has dents around the charging area. I’m not interested in getting anymore lamps if they’ll each come with issues, 3 lamps each with poor quality has now left me questioning whether i trust their product quality. 2 stars simply because of how willing they were to replace the items albeit replacing with poor quality AGAIN.

We love love our Addison Ross shakers. However unfortunelty aesthetics feels like it’s where it hits the mark as we are on our third salt shaker as they keep breaking.

Can’t fault customer service, they are amazing, but sadly the product isn’t up to standard kitchen use

Salt and Pepper doesn’t work

I loved my taupe lamps but the charge cord cords don’t work. There is an mis match between the size of the slot and the cable. Have tried many different other cables but nothing works. For the price, I’m very upset. Waiting to see what they suggest.
Is there an insert inside the cable slot that is missing or something? I don’t understand BOTH lamps being this faulty! Anyone found a solution?

UPDATE - 100% + to the company and their staff for a fast and wonderful remediation. It’s all in how things get rectified and will keep me buying off Addison Ross.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from them but both times I’ve had faulty or poorly painted mills sent to me. For what you pay I would expect better quality. They do send out replacements but they were just as bad.

Unfortunately one of those companies which looks/seems great on the outside (Beautiful, colourful, shiny and lovely products) but when things go wrong suffers from appalling customer service… they don’t care and they have no interest in helping or finding a solution. . Took me 8 phone calls, 10+ emails, 3 weeks & hours of wasted time chasing to get a replacement for my faulty rechargeable light. I was continuously fobbed off with detailed and lengthy excuses about staff shortages due to annual holiday, illness and even becoming a grandmother making me feel guilty and even apologetic for chasing them. Thank goodness for Suzanne who was the only one who followed through with her promise of helping me and she herself was astounded that her fellow co worker (who I won’t name and shame) had failed to help me on the numerous times I had contacted her. Just be prepared, if things go wrong you’ll be wasting a lot of time and energy getting it fixed…

Great quality and pretty products, there was a little problem with my delivery and costumer service helpt me perfectly!

I ordered a navy bobbin lamp as a Xmas gift the lamp has never been used as the lead and lamp do not match so it is unable to charge. On 5 Jan I rang and the online lady said it would be replaced.
I also ordered one for myself in green. This has arrived and despite a follow up phone call and email chasing the replacement promised in the 5th it now is the 17 Jan I have neither received the navy lamp nor had the courtesy of a reply. Been using this company for many years but this has left me annoyed and disappointed. Order No. 01668281014

I bought the blue Eau De Nil large pepper grinder from their official website, which on their website is blue (and their description on the collection page is "This calm yet absolutely stunning colour is the perfect hue of blue."). However the one that arrived is light green, which zero hint of blue in it. Their customer support eventually allowed a return/refund but they refuse to accept it's a different colour, claiming Eau de nil is the green I received instead of the blue on their website. If you're considering this colour, google to see it on resellers websites as some of those (eg. megacookingworld) have a photo of it showing the real green colour. Very bizarre!

I bought a tartan tray and am absolutely delighted. Quick delivery, beautifully and safely packaged and brilliant service. Quality is top notch and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this company has the most amazing customer service ever ! I purchased two salt & pepper mills some time ago. One was no longer functioning as it should do. I called the company, got through straight away, was asked for my order no and a photograph, and was told that a new one would be despatched to me the following day ! Seriously great. I was hoping to be told if I could buy a new mechanism for it. This kind of customer service has to be applauded as it is very rare these days. Thank you A R !

I recently purchased two taupe and silver enamel photograph frames, the quality and finish of the frames is excellent. They were well packaged and delivery was quick. However, I was slightly disappointed with the colour. I expected taupe to be a light greyish brown as illustrated online but they are actually dark brown and in some light look almost black.

I had an issue with my Mini Bobbin pepper mill in red (bought in January) - it wasn’t grinding properly. I contacted Addison Ross and sent over a short video showing the problem. Within a week, I had a brand new one delivered!

A huge thank you to Cath Hall and Rachael, who were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process. They made everything so easy and didn’t make me jump through hoops to get a replacement. Brilliant service from start to finish - couldn’t be happier!

Outstanding service. I sent an email to Addison Ross late afternoon regarding a faulty bobbin mill, recently purchased. It was immediately acknowledged and a fuller response followed later that evening. A replacement mill was dispatched the following day. Impressive service which demonstrates this company can be trusted.

Oh! What a joy to look through here! Such beautiful objects to make the home look lovely. I was looking for picture frames and they did not disappoint. A wealth to choose from and all were lovely. I wanted silver, but they had the loveliest enamel frames, so I bought one in a pale blue, one in a darker blue and a silver frame and a double silver frame. And what was really superb was that I was able to download the photos I wanted the frames for and they printed them for me into the frames! And they all go with my blue and white decor exactly. So tasteful. Delivery was incredibly fast, and packaging was just gorgeous!
I cannot speak too highly of Addison Ross, and heartily recommend them.

Ordered the leaf green round tray yesterday and it was delivered before 9am today. The tray is perfect. Just what I wanted. Fantastic quality. As a very impatient shopper this was a perfect experience for me! Truly delighted and can recommend this company without reservation. Thank you.

WOW WOW WOW!! What superb frames Addison Ross have. We bought a few silver (plated) ones and a stunning wood frame for a friend. So impressed with the speed of delivery (from UK to Australia), quality of products, presentation and price, that on Wednesday 19th February 2035 we ordered another 4 silver plated frames and yet another wooden one for another friends birthday. They arrived this morning by DHL - in two days!!
Addison Ross also offer free addition of photos in frames purchased and gift messages. Their packaging is truly beautiful.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have three pepper/salt mills from this company. I have now realised that they have serious material defects that may be hazardous to health. But the company only wants to refund me the price of one mill, as I didn't buy the others from them. Presumably thousands of grinders are affected
