I spoke with Kelsey from the Colchester branch and would just like to say how amazing she has been. She had great communication with me throughout my job search and showed real enthusiasm to try and build a relationship with me and get to know me. Not only this but she is a lovely person inside and out, always wanting to know about my day and how I am. Would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone. Beautiful person!

I would like to commend Mayowa Oyetunji (Mayor) from Adecco for his outstanding customer service today during the disruption at Winchester when several trains were canceled. In a situation that could have been chaotic and stressful for many passengers, Mayowa remained calm, professional, and incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs.

From the moment he stepped in, he handled the situation with patience and reassurance. He took the time to listen to customers’ concerns, provided clear information, and continuously reassured everyone that things would be sorted. His ability to stay composed under pressure was truly commendable, as he not only managed the crowd efficiently but also maintained a positive and helpful attitude throughout.

What stood out the most was how he kept engaging with customers, ensuring they felt heard and supported. Instead of leaving people frustrated and confused, Mayowa’s presence and assistance made a real difference, turning a difficult situation into one that felt more manageable.

Clare at Romford branch was brilliant, helpful and swift. The communication speed did it for me as I find it hard if comms are slow. Although short term, she set me up in the role within days. Thank you Clare.

A brilliant team over at south st Romford, never had a problem with these guys. They helped me find work immediately and always kept me updated on availablity. Everytime I phoned I wasn't left hanging on hold or spoken rudely like some other agencies, they are on the ball pretty much instantly. I never really understood how the portal worked. Billy Hankings from Adecco actually took his time and went through the hole initial setup with me via phone and not being rushed, rude or fed up, very respectful and polite which goes a very long way he even calls you after sometimes to find out how your finding your time at the job. Other employees whom maybe reading this remember when you ask for work be sure to actually turn up for work do your best at the role don't constantly be on/off at the job just because it's convenient for you being temp work. Contacted Adecco multiple times for an update, was told by Andrew(hull) that he would get back to me on each occasion and never did, truly one of the worst experiences with any recruitment agency.

An exceptional team , both Treasa and Jack helped me from the Stockport branch and I am grateful for them , not only have they been kind and compassionate but they have supported me throughout the job searching process and they have made sure that I am always well informed constantly! Don’t trust Adeeco they don’t pay staff

I received an email from Adecco saying they were having issues with their client and because of this they will not be paying me which is putting me in severe finnacial difficulties , I have emailed many times and have not got any responses. I am currently in the process of taking legal action.

The Romford Adecco team was of great help to me, especially Clare. She carried me along throughout the whole process and made it seamless.

I have used Adecco twice in my life. Once in Italy and once in UK and in both case, I found the job on my own. I filled up the forms as required, went to the agency few times on weekly basis for any updates and every time forms to forms to fill in like I have never been existed for them.
So I found the job by myself
