Great Experience! Wish all agencys where like Adecco

I have worked for Adecco for 2 years, its one of the best agencys to work for, Natalie Bell at the Durham Adecco office is professional, supportive and is always there for any issues, and when something did arise the issue is resolved in a matter of minutes!

Would definitely recommend Adecco for…

Would definitely recommend Adecco for any future jobseekers. From the minute I had the call from Andy at the hull site it was a pleasant and easy experience. Within a few days I was given a job interview at a Company and was successful. Andy was great with keeping me informed every step of the way.

Emily W. took the time to interview and sent loads of forms, only to have them ignored repeatedly, as apparently they don't have anyone covering sick leave. Found a job independently and would not recommend Adecco to my current employer to collaborate with.

I would just like to thank Adecco for assisting me in finding my new job opportunity. I was kept informed on the processes and updated regularly of any changes or outcomes. I would like to give a special thanks to Dawn, who gave positive reassurances when I was slightly apprehensive. Terrible service with internal teams…

Terrible service with internal teams not knowing what the other are doing, withholding payments probably so they can make more interest on them and no or poor communication. Just a bunch of excuses for roles they didn't even find for you. . If possible ask any company if you can use another agency. ANY other agency

SCAM

I signed my contract on October 8th, and I haven't worked a single day to this day! After I signed the contract, I waited a week and no one ever contacted me again. I sent several emails and no one ever responded. Almost two weeks later, they told me to download the app, and I don't know why the app didn't work. I sent several emails again and no one ever responded. I called and someone answered and said they would create a profile for me, and that's what happened. Dear, when would I start working? Kelly added me to a WhatsApp group with 65 people. It was a total mess. It's impossible to understand what's going on there. And no work. Before this mess, I lost two jobs that would certainly have been better than accepting the vice proposal. This week, after much frustration and almost not working a single day after agreeing to the contract, a person named Sawabuddin sent me a schedule on Thursday so that I could inform them of my availability. I said that I had consulted all the shifts and she had not responded. I returned the email, copied the schedule and sent it to the WhatsApp group and a day later she/he told me that there were no more vacancies available! IN THE CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED, IT DIDN'T TELL ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET A DAY OF WORK IN A WHATSAPP GROUP WITH 65 PEOPLE! I have lawyer friends and they all told me to file a lawsuit against you for lying and making me lose a month of work with lies. I only accepted the position because, due to the selection process and the courses I had to take, I thought it would be a serious job, with a qualified company, but I see after bitterly regretting it, that Adecco is a lying company that has no respect for its work, thus becoming the worst company I have ever recruited for in 15 years living in England. This same review will be written on all job search sites and Google. DONT ACCEPTED JOB OPPORTUNITY FROM THEM

ghosted from employment start date

I was due to start meployment in July, and filled out all the forms, signed NDRs, contracts etc. The start date arrived, and I heard nothing. Their phone went straight to voicemail and I heard nothing back after leaving a message. Emails have been ignored. I rang them again and one staff member said they would contact a colleague to discuss this. Again, I hear nothing. All my emails have been ignored. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. I was relying on this job as have been unemployed for a little while and was struggling to pay bills. Still haven't heard anything back but I gave up and have been looking for employment elsewhere. Do not sign up with this agency they do not treat you with any care or dignity. The staff I was dealing with was Catalina Hajek and Sophie Standish.

Pleasant experience provided by Abbey Ford

I had a very pleasant experience with Adecco, especially services provided by Abbey Ford. She was very understanding, helpful and gave all the details, informations, and support.
She went above and beyond to help me in my employment process, and she is always replying to my emails/questions in a timely manner. Also, she keeps updating me on my holidays and any other necessary informations. Plus, she has been collaborating well with my manager, and had a transparent communication.
I cannot thank her enough for her patience, support, kindness. She is not only a good employee, but she is also a good person, empathetic and caring.
I highly recommend her and Adecco to anyone who needs help in finding the best place to work.

Lack of Communication and Zero Support

I signed an agreement with Adecco Colchester at the start of July 2024, expecting professional support in my job search. However, over the past two months, Adecco has arranged zero interviews and has not sent any possible job opportunities my way.

Despite multiple calls and emails on my part, I was simply advised to apply through the Ipswich or Chelmsford branches. I did exactly that, sending additional emails to those branches, yet I received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had hoped for proactive support and communication, but Adecco has completely failed to deliver on both fronts. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Years ago I applied for a job at Amazon through this agency . Just because I asked one of the employees if he is racist , they banned me at Amazon , lying that I did non go to work . The reality is that they contacted those whom were doing the induction and told them to reject me . Now is the time to reward you for the ''favour''you made me !!!
