Rubbish, rubbish rubbish. Terrible customer service and disgusting jumpsuit.
Do not buy from this company. They are not legitimate. No tags attached and the material I'd consider dress up for kids.

I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS!! do not, i repeat, DO NOT order from them. The product is see through and un-proportional. AND LIKE A CHEAP COSTUME!

What makes me even more mad is that the only 5 star reviews this company has is clearly someone who works for them! Terrible English and grammar is a dead give away. You just steal peoples hard earned money, and you'll get what you have coming to you. .

At first I thought, "man at least their customer service is quick to respond, surely they'll refund me when they see my pictures" but instead the said "we have determined your product is not faulty, but they tell you you HAVE to send the item back and give them a tracking number within 8 days to receive the refund...AFTER it makes it back to freaking china a month later for them to "inspect it" its total bullcrap, the product is a joke. I literally put it on and started laughing. it was so see through and high water length pants, I couldn't even move my arms..i'm a fit 5'4 woman, i ordered my size and i received garbage! The ironic thing is I am not laughing now that I've spent $30 ill never see again. i feel so dumb for not checking reviews i was just so excited to have "found" my bridal shower outfit.

Shopping at Adel Paris is the biggest mistake of my life! I knew I shouldn’t trust these flagging up adverts on instagram, facebooks etc but the pictures they’ve advertised was so tempting and yes I was one of the victims! My order had 4 items in it, however they all arrived separately and at different time scales. When the first item arrived, I’ve acknowledged it was a trap that I’ve put myself in. It did NOT look like anything like the pictures that’s been advertised! It arrived in a cheaply packaged plastic bag with no tags, receipts or order confirmation! No terms and conditions in regards of the return policy or what so ever! They were just cheaply made clothes and shipped from china that doesn’t even worth 10 RMB! I got told if I wanted a refund I’ll have to shop it all the way back to china with a tracked system which costed me £10 per item! I had to return them because each item costed $33.00 - $60.00 USD. After returning the first 3 items, the fourth one has finally arrived, but it was FAULTY! it had a BIG STAIN at the front of the blouse, I’ve reported it to the company immediately and asked for a prepaid postage return label because it’s their responsibility when their product is faulty. They refused to refund for my postage because they sent me a faulty product! Claiming they have no responsibility for it even though I have even showed them the consumer act policy!
This company is a BIG SCAM!!! Please avoid shopping with them!!!
I have received no customer service, it was a disgraceful experience having to deal with such a disgusting company! I regret for not reading the reviews before made my purchase!

Total FRAUD.
I ordered 5 items that all shipped separately... from China! Upon arrival, clothing was wrapped in plastic, no tags, no receipts, no shipping confirms... there's isn't even brand tags - just a little square sewn in that says "m" or "s". Everything is clearly made in a factory with low quality materials. Things looking similar to the photos only in the fact that I ordered a white shirt and received a white shirt. I even received a long-sleeve shirt when I ordered and short sleeve shirt! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fake company! If you reverse google the pictures they use they’re all from other retailers. The clothes received are basically trash bags fashioned from different materials.

This company is a fraud and sent me an item from China that was cheaply made and not at all as described. When I received the package it did not have a shipping invoice inside. The package did not say the company name. So I had no idea who to contact for a refund. About 3 weeks later I saw another Ad and remembered this company. I asked to return the item and they said no, that it was past their 2 week return policy deadline. I explained my situation and how the garnet was never worn and how cheap it was and they still wouldn’t accept a return. I am extremely upset and will not be purchasing from targeted Ads again!

I've emailed this company over four times now with no response. I ordered a black jacket(Sequins Fashion Jacket - Black / M) and a blouse(Blue Bow Blouse - White / M). I've been tracking my order. I purchased on 12/4/18. Tracking states is arrived at LOS ANGELES CA INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on 12/27/18. Most recent activity is 12/31/18: Delivered, Parcel Locker -> Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 9:34 am on December 31, 2018 in SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84157. Tracking Status:Delivered. I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY!!!!!!!!!!! That was for the jacket. The blouse now states it's ordered.

I had the same thing happen. Was told item would arrive by Christmas, it did not. Very disappointed. Quality NOT worth the price. Also, they started contacting me on Facebook!!! I never have then that info!!!

I ordered a few items in November 2018 and it's December 27th and they still have not arrived. I emailed the company about the items and they said, the wrong tracking number was generated and provided me with new tracking numbers and suggested I contact my local postal service. If I knew these were coming from China I would have never purchased them. I will keep you guys updated.

This is a FAKE company. Took well over a month to receive items. I asked them to cancel well before it was shipped and they would not. The items are unwearable they are so poorly made. Everything is from China and does not look like what you think you ordered. I also received wrong items. They did not accept any returns. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

My daughter's jacket was only supposed to take 4 business days to ship. I ordered it two weeks ago and it is still in China. The shipping dates are untruthful. Just be honest about your long shipping dates and maybe you would get repeat business.

I ordered 3 pieces a month ago and still have not received anything! when I tried tracking the package it shows messages in chinese! the only way to contact customer service is through email and they keep telling me to contact local post office which says tracking numbers do not exist. At this point I am afraid this Adel is a big scam! Be careful when purchasing from this site.

I would recommend this company to anyone! I order a dress for a special occasion, and it comes exactly as in description. Perfect material and size. So happy!

Dress is better than I expected! It fits perfect! No smell and very cute material. Delivery was fast! Now I want it in another color.

The item description says that the product runs very small and to order the next size up, so I did. When it came in the dress was way too big. The return policy excludes sale items and says you must provide "original" receipt, the product came with no paperwork. Not to mention it took 3 weeks to receive the product. I will never order anything from this company again...buyer beware!!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress on 11/16/18 for an event that was last night, 12/5/18. I still haven’t received it, have notified customer service which ultimately provided some BS tracking number (which shows it hasn’t even left CHINA yet) and an even more BS excuse about up to 45 days to ship.. I do a lot of shopping and have never been informed of a 45 day wait period for any purpose, when you can only cancel within 24 hours. Flagged this purchase as fraud with my bank- BUYER BEWARE!

The package came earlier than expected so I was very happy. The products are just as shown as in the pictures and nicely done. The package wasn't damaged at all and I'm in love with this shop.

Stay away from this company! I don't know where they get their pictures from but the item you will receive is NOTHING like the ones they show online. Save your money!

This store worked good for me, I always buy online, I was a little afraid with this one, but it was a nice surprise! All items were nice for their price and the fit was really good to! I think that people must go more to the gym and not be angry with the store. Thank you.
