I really had no issue with my orders, I got 3 orders from them in the last 2 months and nothing went wrong, yes, they do have a long time in the shipping but its free, I wish they had expedite shipping. I think their customer service is good and the tracking number I got for my orders worked good also. The quality of the clothes is good and the sizing is kinda small, you need to go bigger, well depends on the item, I got one oversized hoodie that was good went I chose the S size. No strings were coming of the dress and the top I got. So I recommend this company and trust me I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BEFORE BUT THEY ARE GOOD. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Great experience! I got some leopard heels that look really nice and a bag, I want to get a dress that I saw but didnt do it yet, the shipping took a bit longer than expected but the quality of the items I got is good. I read bad reviews but I recommend them. I give them 4 stars because they need to speed up the shipping time

Hey everyone, I received an email asking to review my experience with this company, I got to say that for me everything was good, the item got in time, all the time I had updates on the tracking number they provided me with, the top I got (Sequins Top) looks really nice, its kinda thin but you could see that on the photo actually, looks like the one in the photo, I was really worried after I saw some bad reviews over here, I guess not everyone had a pleasant experience, but for me it was, so i dont know, I personally recommend them, but I guess it depends on everyone. I say go for it, they got some nice deals and cheap prices and the quality is nice.

I received my dress and my top today and I am surprised, after reading some reviews over here I was scared! But everything was ok for me, my dress looks good and it looks like the photo, the shipping takes a bit more than expected. I dont think they are scammers, they sent me the items I ordered and the quality is good, so for me everything is ok.

Heed my warning, stay away from Adel Paris!

The advertised photos are stolen off the designers sites firstly so the clothes arrive they are terrible quality and don't resemble the advertisement, I followed their return policy too the letter. Although they have listed an Australian outlet you can return to this is just fabricated, there isnt one, you have to return to China it cost me $50!! But as I had spent over $200 I did it anyway. The returns policy states they require a copy of the receipt (nothing else) so I put the receipt in the package going to them. After not hearing anything for a while I follow them up, they want a copy of the receipt to process a refund I say its in the bag they have!! The short of it is they wont refund to me, I asked to return the items then, they stated they do not do returns. So they have the items, my money and it cost me the postage. They are in China so you have no recourse to take it further with authorities so guess what, you have just been scammed!!!

You had better hope if you buy from them you don't return anything or you have just fed the beast!

PS they do not sell on Ebay because you cannot turn off customer reviews. If you comment a negative review on Instagram or Facebook they remove your comment and block you, they do leave up all the good reviews though

Do not use this website under any circumstances, I ordered a dress 11 weeks ago, it still hasn’t arrived, they keep fobbing me off and won’t issue a refund. It is a total con.

I ordered a white jumpsuit from here. When it arrived it was unwearable. The fabric was cheap thin and see through. Not what was shown in the photo. Also the lace was torn in places and it wasn’t sewn properly with parts of the fabric being caught up in the seam and threads hang every where. I gave them two opportunities to give me my money back. They said if I returned it within 8days they would give me my money back. Considering it took 4 weeks for it to arrive to me in NZ that was rediculous. The garment is unwearable and I sent photos to prove it but they said there was nothing wrong with it. I am discussed with this site. Do not buy from here. It’s not worth the risk!!!

Items not as they seem in the photos- materials used are cheap. Stuff is overpriced and then you have two weeks from the date you received your stuff to return it for more than you paid for the entire order! Stay away.

Clothes is not at as pictured, quality is horrific. And they do not accept returns at their cost.

I bought two pairs of shoes from Adelparis and the shoe model and details they advertise in Facebook is not the same. I feel I was ripped off $150.00 f

The most painful thing about being scammed by them is that you pay above retail price expecting a quality product and you get absolute garbage and sometimes no item at all. You cant even get a refund. Its heatbreaking that Facebook and Instagram puts ad revenues over verifying their advertisers aren't scammers. Very shameful that they continue to rob people with no repercussion.

Do not buy from this company. The quality is disgusting, the fabric cheap and falling apart and there is no fit or shape to any of the clothing. It is incredibly expensive for absolute tat.
To top it all off they refuse to give you a refund when you politely make a complaint about the quality of their product.

I ordered the Monica Dress in Medium and the Monica Dress in Small. After reading reviews on Adel Paris, I tried to cancel my order. They claimed that the items already shipped, even though I received no verification. Then they told me that I could not return or cancel my order until I received them.

The dresses were poor quality, see through and not what is depicted on their website. To top it off, my dresses need to be shipped back to China so I will be paying more for shipping than I did on the dresses. I will not order from Adel Paris again. Lesson learned.
