Many thanks for sending the order, it was a dress for my girlfriend, she was really excited and happy to have such a good dress for her birthday. The quality of the dress is nice and it came to my country in 10 days.

They have a wide range of options. The product was delivered within 15 days of order placement. The availability of payment in INR is really helpful.

Do not buy from these Chinese Scam stores. This site advertises on social media to get you to buy a product that is nothing like their ad. I'm Chinese so I know that the quality is always poor and their policy is designed so you can't return it. They make it look like they operate out of the US or EU but it's out of China. In order to return my item, they wanted me to mail it back to them in China on my dime and could not guarantee me a refund. I had to mail it first in order for them to review my request. So they could keep the item and my money. Then sell it back to someone else. Scam.

I wish I had read the over reviews before I bought 4 things from Adelparis. Their clothes are garbage, literally. A black dress I bought looks like it's literally made out of a black garbage bag. Not at all what the quality looks like on the website. 3 of the four items i ordered took close to a month to be delivered. A fourth has yet to be delivered. It will be 2+ months by the time I get it. DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

This is a horrible company. The clothes are really cheaply made of horrible synthetic fabrics. I ordered a romper that looks nothing like the picture. I returned it to CHINA and asked for my money back and it has been 30 days I have heard nothing from the company. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Don't ever order from them! It's not worth it. Also I had to pay to return the clothes and it cost me almost half of what I paid originally.

Do NOT shop at Adelparis. They are a rip off. They will send cheaply made clothes from China that have nothing to do with what you see and buy online. When you want to return it they simply don’t get back to you and you will not be able to return the unwanted goods. Stay away.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - Please please please do not order from this 'company'. I spent £230 on the site and received dresses that were barely sewn together, shipped from China without having been through quality control. Even though the site is called Adel 'Paris', they do not have warehouses anywhere near and even though their site says they have warehouses in the UK, they don't. Customer services said their live tracking system does not work. I have ordered the same dress in different colours but in the same size. One fits and the others are too small. I ordered a romper in XXL (I'm a size 12) and it barely fits my 5 year old niece. Please avoid at all costs. I have reported them to the FCA.

Their head office/returns address where you can actually send returns (as opposed to shipping them all back to China) is in Miami, after much back and forth, they finally agreed to let me send my stuff back there. It's the same address/place as 'Laprom Returns' (Google their address), they are in the same building and likley the same company - I was asked to mark my return 'FAO: Adel Paris' - I can't post the full address in the review because I'll be asked to remove it (as I was before). I just called the building and they said that Adel Paris operates out of it for returns.

If they ask you to ship something back to China, tell them no and ship it here^^ it costs so much money to ship things back to China via recorded delivery, they hope you won't bother so they can keep your money. please send the stuff back to them. Include your order number and name.

Hi, I read some of the comments and I’m really sorry for the people that are not satisfied with the service, but all worked great for me… All went very well with this store, I don’t know if the bad comments are scam or what, but I’m very happy with my purchase. I recommend them to the community.

I am fascinated with my long striped blouse, I love it because it is a very versatile garment, so I can also use it as a dress. I think the price in relation to design and quality is quite convenient. The shipment was quite fast, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I online shop often and this was by far the most disappointing site.
An order placed received no tracking number and when 2 weeks post-order I emailed to request tracking number they advised the order had been canceled due to suspicious card (I use the card DAILY for online shopping).
Why was the order cancelled 2 weeks after being placed?
I asked if I could re-order and have express post (I live in Indonesia and was having items sent to Australia as am about to holiday there and was relying on this shipment of great clothes to wear) and after 3 emails requesting this and asking why the cancellation was done 2 weeks after the order I still don't have a reasonable reply.
I tried hard to resolve the situation before writing this review.
Completely unsatisfactory customer service, order process and overall shopping experience.
I did not think to check reviews like this site before ordering. I wish I had.

I just wanted to summarize all I have read here.
First of all, there aren't almost any two, three or four star reviews...and that says everything(I can explain if someone doesn't get it). Second problem, and also extremely revealing how this company works, is that there are no answers/comments/apologies to any of reviews and that show total disrespect from their side.
Really ugly/unprofessional conducted "business"...conducted should also have quotes!!!

I love this shop it gives me a wide range of varieties that I can choose from. And the delivery didn't take that much time. I will probably choose to buy here again and again. Keep it up!

Horrible communication and service. Took three weeks for my things to arrive, and I got no updates on my packages.

I bought a pair of the Lace Casual Dress last February for $49.99 and I am very pleased with the fabric.The quality is very nice and it is definitely
worth what I paid for.

Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered a dress which literally was the worst quality imaginable, the worst I’ve ever ordered, and looked totally different from the product listing. Returns have to be shipped to China, from your own pocket. NEVER again. Basically just got scammed out for $50.

The quaility meets expectations. I'm happy with the low prices, beautiful clothes and good atmospere.

I just got my High Waist Set. I'm so sadisfied with the quality for this price and the free shipping is a great bonus!
