The dress I bought looked great online but what I received was a very poorly made dress. When I tried to return it I was told I have to pay to send it to China! Nowhere it says that the returns are to go to China. I believe it is done in purpose to prevent consumers from returning the products. When you buy the products they don't tell you that returns go to China. Then you get the bad products and don't return them because shipping cost is more expensive than the cost of the products. It's a scam. Avoid them!

Terrible experience! Poor quality clothing and return policy...which is not clearly stated on their website. The actual dress I purchased does not look like the pictures on their website. Material is cheap and shipped directly from China. The dress was $42 and to mail it back will cost $23. So I am still out almost $20 bucks. There is no one to actually speak to on the phone. I am super disappointed and recommend that you do not purchase from them.

Unfortunately it is the worst online experience for me . The fabric is really very bad so does the sewing. The photos certainly do not represent what you buy. 1 both 2 dresses both were terrible. I paid 80 Usd. They both came in a different time. As soon as I received the first one I sent it back but I paid 20 Usd for courier. So I didn't senr the second one. The only good thing is they refund quickly but my loss is 60 Usd. So please do not waste your time and money

I bought a dress and it looks beautiful (izabella dress) Arrived in 3 weeks but I know that FREE SHIPPING is not fast shipping and not certified shipping. I dont have any complains. Customer service help me to choose the sizes so Im a happy customer. And you can see a lot of customers happy too. They upload Pics in their personal accounts like me. Two friends already bought too by my recommendation. I think this site is safe

I got my dress and im surprised. Really I dont expected a great deal for the price I paid. But what a surprice. I love it (see my profile picture).
The quality is good and the service excellent. Im leaving 4 stars because they offer only standard shipping. Maybe they need to improve and offer fast shipping too with an extra charge.

SCAM. Do not waste your time and money. this is the worst online experience I have ever had. I order two items from them, both shipped from China with horrible quality.

TERRIBLE quality clothes that were drop shipped from China and then they will only accept return if I sent it via international post to China which is going to cost more than the dress itself. The website states you can return to an address in Australia. When I asked customer care they took no responsibility, terrible customer service. This company does not deserve to be in business

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The quality of their clothing is astonishingly terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They ship from China and won't pay for a return label, so don't even bother.

What the hell is going on? The two pieces I ordered are horrendous in quality and when I went to return them, I was instructed to return them to someplace in China. What?? I am angry that I have wasted money on these items. They're as good as dust rags. Do not even think of giving this company a try. If they were US-based, the Better Business Bureau would have investigated them. Awful.

Ditto every other comment said here. Wish I had read these reviews first . The “dress” was horrible just showed up like paper I could’ve made it at hobby lobby with glitter and a glue stick- piece of junk. Save your money .

The reviews here are right on! They sent to me the Blue Bow blouse at $48.99 which arrived directly from China. The product was not at all as described with poly,spandex and cotton blend but instead a very very stiff plastic material which I can't even pin point. The edges of the ribbons are cut uneven and burned! Contacted customer service and they made me submit to them many many pictures so they would approve the return. After finally approving the return now customer has to shipmate product back to China which costs more than the blouse itself. This is truly a scam company pretending to be a luxury online boutique.

I placed an order on 2 March 2018 and tried to cancel it within 24hrs to which a response was provided that they are not able to cancel orders and yes you heard correct! Absurd, right!? And to note that the first batch of my order was only dispatched a week later so Im not sure what kind of lax processes there are in terms of communicating with their suppliers. To date I have received 2 of the 3 items and am so frustrated as it seems impossible to get an adequate response. I truly feel that my customer rights are being violated as I should be able to cancel my order. The clothing quality is also rather poor so combined with my experiences I will not be returning and do not recommend them!

Bad quality. Thin and cheap material. False marketing. They even had the price tag there which was usd4. They sold this to me at usd50. I would never wear that. Waste of money. Let's hope their customer service is good. Contacting them for a refund

If you want expensive bad quality clothes this scam page is for you. Or you can find the same bad quality clothes on aliexpress for one third of price... Nothing more to say, I agree with everything that is here written in one star comments.

Love them for online shopping quite a lot since they have endless options, have seen other people complimenting them for the same thing which is awesome, glad to see that everyone's appreciating diversity

TERRIBLE.

I spent $130 on two dresses from this site. Not only did it take two months to deliver, days for a response from their “customer service” which is a Gmail account (sketch), I finally receive the items I ordered and it is terrible quality. It’s made of the cheapest material I have ever seen with what looks like Halloween costume material. It’s literally about to fall apart. The stitching is terrible, sequins are glued onto this cheap string attached to the dress, the slit goes up to my crotch area. It’s comical how bad it is. It’s false advertising because it looks nothing like the photos. Companies like this need to be sued! I’ve seen so many articles about these Chinese scam sites and these are one of them! I wish I did more research before purchasing from them. Don’t buy from this scam site. Save your money and time!

Horrible service, the delivery takes up to 2 months and things might also get lost on the way, there don’t get delivered. For refund you pay a carrier and send the package personally, they don’t take responsibility for it. Very bad.
