Unfortunately I fell into the bracket of not a good experience. I ordered a coffee grinder only to be sent a coffee maker. It took over 3 weeks to receive my money back . I emailed everyday just to be fobbed off every time. They were more interested in getting their product back and not caring about the customer.

Stainless steel shelf
Got a stainless steel shelf, it looks great and easy to install. Delivery was fast and smooth.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Will try all excuses to get out of providing any sort of refund, no phone number to speak to anyone and whenever I tried their online chat it was always closed even during the day. It’s obviously cheap prices for a reason. Do not buy from here.

Damaged goods
The delivery time goos was delivered before the stated which is great, but the tins where dented. Trying to contact this company on phone numbers provided is a waste of time, they do not answer they just go to engaged tone or other one use live chat, I was on live chat for over 30minutes no response so I just gave up. I’ve emailed them I’m still waiting for response, otherwise I will contact bank for refund and report to trading standards looks a rogue company.
Upright freezer does not wok
I normally have good experience with Adexa, however, that has changed with the new upright freezer I purchased. The delivery arrived promptly but it has not worked at all. It should be cooling to -18 but has only managed to reach -6 before going back to -3.
Repeated attempts to get a replacement or refund have been met with "we are contacting our supplier - please bear with us" - this is working day 8 and still waiting on their supplier getting back to them.
I didn't buy it from your supplier - I bought it from you!!

I placed an order at around 11 pm…
I placed an order at around 11 pm outside business hours. When Adexa opened at 9 am the following morning, I contacted them immediately to cancel before the order had been processed or dispatched. I was told I would be charged a 25% cancellation fee under their terms and conditions. I also discovered my account had been set up as a business profile by default, despite using my personal email address and not knowingly selecting a business account. I found the cancellation policy extremely disappointing and inflexible, particularly given how quickly I contacted them and that the order had not yet been fulfilled. Buyers should read the cancellation terms very carefully before placing an order.
They have sent damaged items
They have sent damaged items, the customer service is shocking i have lost over £500 in returns and fees for being sent damaged items.
The law should change as we are not protected by scam companies like this.

I would not recommend Adexa to anyone.
I ordered a fridge from them because it was advertised as being in stock with fast delivery. After waiting for over two weeks with no delivery and very poor communication, I finally received an email saying that the fridge I ordered was no longer available and that they wanted to send me a different model instead.
This is completely unacceptable. They took my payment for an item they didn't actually have in stock. I wasted more than two weeks waiting, which has delayed the opening of my business and caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.
This feels very misleading. Don't advertise products as available if you can't supply them. Save yourself the time and frustration and buy from a more reliable company.

*UPDATE 2 - still nothing. I have given an ultimatum and if it’s not resolved by this date I will be going to an Ombudsman and would suggest others do that too. This companies actions and policies are wrong and set customers up for disappointment and frustration with their poor packaging and lack of customer service.
*UPDATE - still not resolved a week later. I ended up ordering another as I couldn’t wait any longer and that also arrived damaged. This company is an absolute joke, DO NOT BUY!!
Awful. I’ve had a rubbish experience with Adexa.
Item arrived damaged and left outside my workshop on a Friday, I come in Monday morning and the box is battered and item damaged all over.
I messaged straight away and got a quick reply however haven’t heard from them since. Tried the live chat which was useless.
It seems like damages are a common theme with this company. They emailed before delivery regarding damages and to refuse delivery and there’s a lot of info on their website around damages so it’s obviously something they’re used to. I recommend using better packaging! There’s just weirdly way to much small print about damages and seems like they’ll blame customers for accepting damaged items and therefore not their fault.
Whether customers accept the damaged items or not, Adexa, you are still liable to rectify it!
