The prices may look attractive

The prices may look attractive, but I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from Adexa.
We had a product fail after just 4 weeks of normal use. We reported it immediately, supplied photos and all the evidence they requested, and were then left waiting for months with little to no communication. Every time we chased, we were simply told they were waiting for an update from their supplier.
To make matters worse, for appliance warranty claims they expect you to arrange and pay for a third-party engineer's report to determine why the product has failed. In my opinion, that's an unreasonable expectation, particularly when a product fails almost immediately after purchase.
When equipment is essential to your business, you need a company that stands behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that hasn't been our experience.
The low purchase price quickly becomes irrelevant if you're left with faulty equipment, ongoing delays and poor after-sales support. Based on our experience, I wouldn't buy from Adexa again.

Do not order from here. They have multiple loop wholes for business it seems. If your purchasing make sure its personal
I'm unable to return a dishwasher unused in its original packaging from 7 days delivery.
I'm missing a blender from my order
I had a juicer break less than a month after use and they are saying they can't do anything about it - by law goods should be of satisfactory quality in the UK

CAUTION! AVOID THIS COMPANY

I highly recommend all catering businesses to stay away from this company. I repeat do not buy any items from Adexa, they will eventually mess up your order and then you will struggle to get repairs or claim any money back from them. They do this repeatedly. There is even a Facebook group called All Things Wrong With Adexa. Go check it out and see all the awful experiences people have with this company. They should not be able to trade in the UK.

One to lookout for

All round it seems Adexa might at last become easier to deal with. I will say the return of a warranted faulty item should be made easier. so when i experienced this i was offered a voucher not a credit back to my card . So in around about way your now being dictated by this way of dealing with a return which was faulty.

Item did not arrive

We ordered a chest freezer three weeks ago and paid for next day delivery.

We notified customer support when this did not arrive. We have still not received the item, nor received an item for next day delivery. The customer support has been completely woeful - whats going on with your delivery process?

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a corner stainless steel table. It didn’t arrive due to the courier damaging it. I was told it would be 3-5 days for a replacement. This didn’t happen, then I was told I can’t get a replacement until the courier send its back. (no way of contacting courier). Responses from customer service were terrible. It’s now been 2 weeks and still no bench. Never buying from again

Evil Company
Their terms and conditions are ridiculous
I am sure they send seconds then make you pay for the returns. Our order came incomplete and they wouldn't send a replacement or just the part we were missing.

Unfortunately I fell into the bracket…

Unfortunately I fell into the bracket of not a good experience. I ordered a coffee grinder only to be sent a coffee maker. It took over 3 weeks to receive my money back . I emailed everyday just to be fobbed off every time. They were more interested in getting their product back and not caring about the customer.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Will try all excuses to get out of providing any sort of refund, no phone number to speak to anyone and whenever I tried their online chat it was always closed even during the day. It’s obviously cheap prices for a reason. Do not buy from here.

No problem with the two products

No problem with the two products, once they eventually arrived.
Totally frustrating experience with delivery and lack of ability to communicate with Adexa.
Changes to delivery address were ignored, either by Adexa or DPD.
