I completed a game offer through Bitlabs and AdGate Media on TimeBucks. I reached the required level exactly as stated in the offer, but I never received any credits. I contacted support several time... See more

I've completed an offer on the game…
I've completed an offer on the game Goblins Wood Idle Sim, by using Freecash and wasn't able to contact customer support or email them! When I tried to contact them directly, Swagbucks page kept blinking back and forth on my screen!! I never received my reward yet, and Freecash said to give it 72 hours! Unbelievable! BEWARE people!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM. AFTER ALL THE STUPID ADS AND PLAYING THOSE STUPID BORING GAMES. I GOT NOTHING. WASTED MY TIME FOR NOTHING
I have played the offers for Magnet Miner and Wishing Well. I Completed the 700meters and 550 meters. I then waited for them to credit my account. It took so long to even report it cause of the countdown. When I reported it there was a robo email that was sent to me. Bla bla bla. I sent a screen shot as proof but that didnt matter. They still didnt reply until today saying that after a thorough investigation they concluded that i couldbt prove that i have completed the offers which is just wrong. And they can just check on their end anyways so this just a waste of time.
Anyways i dont wanna keep rambling about this cause i know they wouldnt even do anything about it.
Adgate refused to pay over $140
My experience has been awful for the last 3 days. I've been scammed over $140 in an offer that I've sent proof of completion (It was more than enough to prove it). Guess what, their support is useless, and AI/automated answer. I don't recommend you to use their platform, they only pay small amount offers. I've tried to contact them and didn't get any help. AdGate team, here's my ticket number so you can help me further 16669461. If you don't follow up the ticket I will unfortunately keep this review here!
Got banned for no reason and I am gonna fight for my rights
I was banned after making an offer, after not receiving $0.50, a very small amount, I opened a ticket and was banned without explaining the reason.
Very bad service 😞 not recommended for…
Very bad service 😞 not recommended for this platform because time waste and data not credited any coin so pls leave this platform
Bannede because they let me play the same game twice
They've banned me presumably because they let me play the same game twice. It registered that I played a certain game, then a few months later it was available as an offer for me so I played it again. Then they banned me for something they let me do. Nice one lads 👍🏻
Mostly Positive Experience, But Beware—Some Game Offers Are Deceptive!
AdGate Media has a decent support team that responds quickly and resolves basic tracking issues. The surveys on their platform are generally good and I've made a pretty solid amount so far with no chargebacks.
However, some offers on their wall—especially game-related ones— are outright deceptive.
I took part in a mobile game offer that promised a large incentive for reaching Rank 100. I reached Rank 98 after several days of grinding and prolonged hours of watching ads, only to find that one of the levels was rigged and mathematically impossible to complete.
Despite providing plenty of proof, I received nothing for the final task, even if I was on the verge of completing it.
They did acknowledge a tracking error earlier in the process and rewarded me the Robux I should've earned anyways, which I appreciate.
And while I understand that the rigged level may be the app developer's fault, AdGate Media still chose to host the offer on their wall and benefited from users engaging with it. They should be responsible for making sure offers are fair and completable.
If you're using AdGate, stick to the basic surveys or small tasks. Be cautious with large game offers—some are designed to be impossible to complete, and you may waste hours for nothing.
refusal of credit
I completed the Game of Thrones offers for reaching Honor Levels 1, 3, and 5. I have sent multiple tickets with complete evidence and they refuse to credit me because they can't confirm that I completed the offers. There are several others experiencing the same problem with the exact same offers, yet they do nothing but send an automated response. They don't even have the decency to let me speak to a real person. Vile scammers.
Scam company, run away fast
I did an adgate offer through free cash, spent 6 dollars in the game to complete the purchase offer, and also completed 4 "get to level x" offer steps. The purchase and the first two levels, along with the install, credited. A few days later I see the money was taken out of my free cash account. Not only did they not credit the last two level offers, the yoinked the money from the purchase and other level offers out of my account. This company is a scam, run away fast.
Scam Website
I had to do a mission and when I had 2 days left they removed all the missions and achievements from my account, total scam, I had to wait 1 month, do not trust these fraudulent sites, as my grandfather would say "there is no free lunch". Waste of time
They do not pay for advanced rewards…
They do not pay for advanced rewards and provide no real support nor answers. Scam for me.
SCAMMED BY THIS APP DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I was supposed to be compensated $235.15 for completing levels. I fulfilled all requirements but received nothing. customer support made me show proof of download and completion 3 different times, when I did I was told that it didn't track so I would not be compensated for completing levels and watching ads. waste of time
Offer that I have completed got charged back
Offer that I have completed got charged back (19$; yes, 19$!). After asking about the reason, they say "it was determined that the completion of the goals for this offer violated our Terms of Service." And then "we are unable to share the exact methods or evidence used in our investigation.". They should be able to give the exact reason and pointing to where I violate their term.
Don't use Adgate, you might regret your decision.
Last two experiences have been decent…
Last two experiences have been decent but my last game offer i completed has not been credited till now let's wait and see for sometime if it get credited i hope so adgate does not let me down
update:-
I contacted their customer support team and they helped me out with the issue so yeah I will recommend this offerwall from my personal experience until now they have tracked my every offer and also helped me out real quick with the issue that I encountered. I am increasing the rating to 5 star from 4 star.
Bad for game developers & users alike
I competed several stages in a game including a purchase. When I requested assistance because it did not track they said they deactivated my account, without providing reason, refund or payout. Better providers for both users and game developers exist, avoid!
I completed an offer that required…
I completed an offer that required reaching level 40 in a game. I spent over 2 full days doing this and submitted video proof showing all progress.
Despite all this, AdGate refused to credit me, claiming they couldn’t “verify” my activity — even with solid proof.
Support was slow, dismissive, and did not properly review my evidence. I feel scammed.
Be extremely cautious before trusting any offer.
You may waste your time and effort and get nothing in return.
I’m very disappointed and I hope AdGate improves their system and support.
They blocked me as well for violating…
They blocked me as well for violating their terms when all wanted was payment for missing rewards. I reported it to better business bureau and they didn't do anything about it as well.
Just another scam wall don't use it…
Just another scam wall don't use it you'll get paid out for the smallest tasks start completing larger ones and you'll find they won't pay out. Poor excuse for adwall there are plenty of others to use that are legit. I even provided proof and they still denied paying me. Don't waste anytime on their offers
Scammers a Waste of a company
scammers. They lie and say offers did not track when its evident they have and can be proven.
Waste of a company and a bunch of liars.
