This company scams you of your money they are low life . I paid for my parts and did they send them they did not, they are horrible v not to be trusted and I have filled a complaint with the police in there country

Continuously lying over the WhatsApp. Late delivery. they sell used product when its condition is "New" in their website. Moreover in the case of return they don't give you your money back. Don't trust them

Update, I got my money back only after sending a warning email telling that I'm about to "initiate legal proceedings and file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and the relevant authorities in both Lithuania and Germany"

Paid €166 for car parts. Never received them. Not replying to emails jus ignoring me.

I want my money back. worst experience ever, they ignored me for a month and did not send the car part! than after a police report they send me the part , I already not needed it and still ignoring me and don't give me back my money. So I need to take a lawyer , good to have a lawyer insurance. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Unreliable company. The ordered product turned out to be assembled from several broken components. Although the company agreed to accept the return and promised a refund, we have been waiting for almost three months, but the money has not been returned. We are now forced to take legal action to recover the debt. I recommend being cautious before purchasing from this company.

Ordered a used muffler for a Renault on 1st of February, paid around 200€ inclusive shipping. Until 10th of March, 39 days later, the muffler didn't arrive, nobody responded on Emails and telephone calls until that date. At 10th of March there was response on my telephone call, delivery or refund was offered to me, I decided for delivery. Message at 19th of March to me, just an USPS tracking number. Feeding this number into the USPS tracking system told me, that just a label had been created, nothing handed over to USPS until that time.

Ordered car parts and paid for them. Seller never sent me tracking code or parts. Scam website, be careful with this.

Be careful!! The guy is a con artist, the shop is a fraud. You will not get any parts or any refunds. The reviews on Google are horrible. I should have checked before.

This is a fraud website. You won’t get any parts, they’ll be nice to you until you pay and then gone.

Then they’ll promise you to refund and disappear. Classic scamming operation.

Ordered about eight parts for VW, expected a little bit faster delivery, but in all it was ok, firstable we thought this was scam, but when parts was delivered, we really was happy of quality

This site is a fraud, I bought a module nº 43875181890 on 11/27/2024, the seller stopped responding, be careful!

Total scam operation- be warned! Transferred money for a car part, then all communication stopped, and will not answer calls.
All communication is done via a WhatsApp mobile number, and a legitimate looking fake website email address.
All parts listed on the fraudulent webisite, are just photos pulled from other sites.

I purchased a BCM for a ford Kuga item 10813 I have sent a number of emails no reply no tracing number , no goods arrived.
The Telephone number cannot be reached either

The parts never arrived and the seller gave positive notes to deceive a few more as I was also deceived.
