Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 79 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently report significant issues with the company's service, finding it difficult to contact them via phone or email, with many attempts going unanswered or resulting in long hold times. This lack of communication extends to ignored emails, unreturned calls, and a general feeling of being unsupported, especially concerning medication and follow-up care. Many people express frustration with missed appointments, delayed prescriptions, and a perceived lack of care or empathy from the staff, leading to significant anxiety and distress. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied with their experience, praising specific clinicians for being thorough, understanding, and providing excellent support during assessments and medication discussions. Some reviewers highlighted positive interactions with particular staff members, noting their warmth, compassion, and ability to make the process smoother, even when dealing with complex issues. These customers appreciated the timely diagnosis and the helpful guidance received, contrasting with the overall negative sentiment regarding communication and service delivery.

I’m with Harrow Health and my assessor is great, but that’s where all the positive stuff ends. When it comes to the rest of the service, they are very good and making sure you feel like a burden... See more

Harrow Health claim to be an ADHD…

Harrow Health claim to be an ADHD diagnosis centre with the shortest waiting times. Now been waiting 4 months and they won't respond to either myself or my doctor even to acknowledge my referral. There are no contact details available, so you can't even phone or text them

Terrible communication and no further forward

Assessment carried out with diagnosis obtained. I had to have an ECG, which was completed by my GP the following week and the results shared with Harrow Health who after 6 weeks have not reviewed the results or issued my medication despite when I contact them I’m told the consultant do this the following day(s). I’m furious… I ring weekly and email too only to be fobbed off. Would not recommend this provider.
