Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 82 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people found the customer service to be extremely poor, citing ignored emails and unanswered phone calls, leading to significant frustration and a feeling of being unsupported. Customers often reported being left without medication due to a lack of communication and responsiveness, with some even stating that their GPs struggled to contact the service. The service was frequently described as unprofessional and disorganized, with long wait times on the phone that often ended in disconnection, and a general lack of empathy from staff. However, some customers also noted positive experiences, particularly with certain clinicians who were described as excellent, understanding, and caring, providing thorough assessments and helpful follow-up calls. A few other people also felt that the initial assessment process was efficient, with some receiving diagnoses and medication discussions relatively quickly, and appreciated the supportive and respectful approach from specific team members.

I would give no points if i could

I would give no points if i could. Ive waiting a very long time, not heard. Been phoning, and when they do finally answer the phone they are so very rude. They ask for respect, we want the same to ! After months this rude lady said today. No funding in your area now and go back to my gp, just like that after doing all they asked and waiting and kept ringing. I am so upset over this and the way they treat you. They should not be able to work with people who need care, support and assessments because they have no idea! Instead of helping and supporting you they are making your mental health worse. They should be reported!!!!!

Cannot fault Harrow Health from start to after diagnosis care

I found the whole process to be managed in a very respectful and caring way. I am a nightmare with returning forms and info and staff at Harrow Health where very understanding and helpful when couldn't access online form. My consultant was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. After diagnosis I have had a helpful follow up call and discussed medication options. This has been arranged and NHS prescription issued. Shared care with my GP is expected which I wasn't sure as hear stories that left after diagnosis. I feel that harrow couldn't have done anymore to make this scary process go smooth. Highly recommended

Harrow health care are shocking

Harrow health care are shocking.
Had my appointment on 8th January to be told you have adhd (and autism thats another test) extra information was sent on 31st January . I’ve rang & emailed (but emails never goes though ) every week to get my diagnosis though to be told they keep chasing the lady who did my assessment. I rang yesterday to be told the lady has left and I need to have a reappointment but can’t do it till 12th May.
Surly there more they can help with & they most of know this lady was leaving.
Absolutely joke.

Totally irresponsible

Totally irresponsible. Left on a dose with severe side-effects. Totally ignored all of my emails requesting a lower dose. Avoid this service. It is not fit for purpose.

ZERO STAR Crooks

ZERO STAR! I have been urgently waiting on the referral list for over 4 years!!!! I struggle everyday in my life and need some help from the professionals, which is not happening here. You cannot phone them, email for a response and they discharge you. I'm waiting for my MP to check them out. Disgusting lack of communication from.them, crooks.

Terrible service

I completed my referral and all necessary forms 6 months ago, but today received an email stating that I had been discharged due to not completing these forms. Harrow Health is then impossible to contact - no email address on their website and any you find just bounce back, and the phone lines are just not answered or straight up won't allow you into the queue. So, now all of this time has been wasted and I'm still left with no support.

Health care - more like looking after their wealth care - ker ching!

Harrow Health? Or Harrow Wealth let's cash in. It's really quite comical - as an person who identifies with ADHD behaviours, I have more wherewithal about how to run an organisation that serves people who are neurodivergent clients than they do!

Whoever writes their copy and whoever has created their systems, chosen their software and virtually made ways to contact them a dark art has made a good job of gatekeeping anyone with ADHD out of their clinic!

Clearly they have no idea how ADHD brains work - which is worrying as it's an 'ADHD Diagnosis' provider. As an ex teacher, I've served ADHD people better in a classroom than they have as a health provider.

Bumped me back to the GP because I apparently didn't answer any of their NON EXISTENT phonecalls and NON EXISTENT emails. Clearly they run on telepathy alone.

They are impossible to speak to - on their onboarding forms you're literally told NOT TO RING THEM.

Good luck if you do - 30 minute waits to speak to anyone.

They ask for ID in the intial portal but if your ID does not fit their narrow categories e.g. a change of surname due to marriage status - you're screwed - you literally can't prove who you are BUT YOU MUSTN'T BE A NUISANCE AND RING THEM.

If you no longer have parents that are living then you can't get a 6/6 score on their onboarding portal - another reason they bounce you back to your GP.

Not a health 'care' provider - more like a trying to after their own 'wealth' care provider.

Plus, apparently, they've seen their 1 star reviews on here and they are dismissive about them. Hey, what do neurodivergents know, right?

To start with great

Re

HARROW HEALTH (I’d never have found them here without google!!)

To start with great
In that I got an appointment relatively quickly
But communication with this company has been TERRIBLE you CANNOT get hold of them
Bearing in mind they’re dealing with distressed, vulnerable and uncertain clients with potential (and with me - since verified ADHD), their lack of compassion and professionalism is astonishing. How I wish I’d come here first but with others you might wait years?

They initially advised me by text to expect a phone call
I’m ready and in good time (ADHD are terrified of missing appointments as we’re often time blind)
I then get a link for a video call
What?!?!
Ok stay calm you can do this! Only my phone needs to switch to Safari from chrome to achieve this
And to do that my phone needs updating
Now I’ll be running late and maybe miss it altogether
I feel myself spiralling but manage to get through the first consult
I’ve had medication prescribed but no details about how to collect (straightforward once you know)
After diagnosis triage x 2 but it wasn’t suiting me I just felt too jittery
With the last consult (I’m not on shared care yet), we adjusted the dose and release rate
Only I never got the prescription!!
I’ve had nothing since - no contact or follow up and will run out of this one soon (I’m breaking them up now to last longer

Emails and telephone calls (neither are ever answered), come to nothing! What now?!?!

I wish I could give this company 0…

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I got all my pre assessment forms in straight after my GP referred me end of October 2025. I contacted them to complain in January that they missed their 8 week deadline and they insisted I hadn't put a form in. I asked them to look again and yep they said they had. Only to be told a few weeks later, when I complained again, that no they didn’t have the form. How can they have it, lose it, have it then lose it again? I'm still waiting after submitting the form again for any contact and am considering taking myself off the list to try elsewhere after reading these reviews. Such a shame I didn't read the reviews to begin with. I'm only writing this review to continue the thread of evidence that this place is dire and venting feels good. It's evident from reviews this place doesn't have the skill, capacity or care needed to provide the service they're supposed to provide.

Absolutely horrendous, avoid like the plague!
Will mess you about, have terrible contact and candour and will not help you in the slightest. You can barely contact them and when you do you're treated like a burden, would rather 0 if possible!

DONT USE HARROW HEALTH

DONT USE HARROW HEALTH!
I would recommend not using harrow health for these reasons:
1. You can’t email them as their inbox is so full that the email sends back to you
2. They give you appointments at 8am but then never call you.
3. When you try to contact them through their phone service you can’t do this until 9am and that’s if you ever get through I’ve waited 45 mins each time atleast.
4. Never had the same doctor/practitioner.
5. Constantly want your BP, pulse and weight which they told me I could get done at any local pharmacy however have been refused at every single one because I’m not over 60 so have to waste my doctors time every 4 weeks to get these readings.
There is literally no communication from them at all. No support or any kind of therapy provided which on the medications they’re prescribing me tell me that should be used along side forms of therapy. They’re ridiculous. They know I have IBS but put me on a medication that told you not to take if you have IBS due to making symptoms unbearable. Don’t waste your time!!!!!!

Most arrogant rude clinician

I give 3 stars for the timely 1st assessment I received with Noel, but the follow up call did not happen, leaving me without medication despite numerous unanswered calls and emails. Finally got an appointment for this morning with an the most arrogant, unprofessional, irate clinician Shahina Mohamed who projected her own poor behaviour on to me, I had to take the higher ground, in order to try to defuse the situation!! she proceeded to tell me how I was questioning her clinical experience and that I don't listen to anyone! I struggled to get a word in to answer her quick snapping questions let alone anything else. It is disgraceful that people like this are dealing with any kind of patients let alone those who struggle with mental health, I am absolutely stunned by the rudeness and arrogance of this lady. The impact she has had ony mental health is horrific.

I am prepared for a difficult journey…

I am prepared for a difficult journey after reading reviews but so far, I was referred by my GP (that itself was a frustrating process which took much longer than it should have), I made my initial appointment for assessment a few weeks later, received diagnosis quickly and was sent the link for medication straight away.
My 3 week review was on Monday, the clinician was 20mins late and as I was signed in waiting they sent a text message that I was booked to the clinic
in error. No explanation. Just abandoned. I called. No answer. I emailed twice with no answer. I finally got through today and they offered an appointment date 2 weeks away, luckily one popped up for tomorrow but I’m not hopeful for the rest of my treatment. Poor communication is not great for ND people.

If I could give this 0 I would.

Harrow Health are absolutely terrible in terms of their service. I put in my referral end of Sept 2025, As of 19th Jan 2026 I have had no correspondance.

All the people on the phone are absolutely useless and read from scripts. And Harrow Health DO NOT do their job.

Apparently my GP logged it wrong, and they claimed that they emailed them. On the 15th January, THEY ADMITTED, that they never emailed my GP. So had been sat with false information for over 4 months.

Ive chased, and chased. They've done nothing! I was promised a call back, they didn't even bother.

They are still pushing the problem on myself as being the issue and my GP but it is their failings as a provider which has saw me sat here for 4 months without any correspondence.

When I was asked to do it with my new GP, they could not guarantee a time when I would get seen even though I have already been waiting over 4 months due to their incompetence!.

Avoid this service like the plague if you value your sanity.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No one has turned up to my assessment today. I received 4 text messages over the last few days to remind me of my appointment. The message told me I would receive a link minutes before the assessment time, however, I did not receive this or a call. I tried calling them to discover that they are shut.

I am already diagnosed with ADHD and on medication, however, I was forced to go via right to chose as my GP refused to accept the diagnosis despite the solid reputation of the consultant. When completing the forms for Harrow Health I emailed to ask how I should do this as I am on medication and if I answer them now I am on it my results will show up differently to without. The response I received told me they can't tell me how to answer them.

Harrow Health have provided terrible non-existent service, which has been much worse than the private route which was not only more in depth but they consistently kept in touch, with regular reviews and in depth discussions. I can't even get someone to turn up to an appointment, answer a phone or email with Harrow Health - AVOID

AVOID. Unprofessional bunch

I'm just in utter... Shock if I'm honest. I get no replies via email, no phone call backs, I'm still waiting on my prescription code to come through so I can collect my medicine so I've been basically forced to stop my meds!!! I haven't taken them now for 5 days and it's been the worst 5 days of my life. How can they just leave you like that? Diagnose you, give you 4 weeks worth, then nothing. No response, no update, nothing. Having to spend money on a blood pressure machine to do weekly readings but for what? I'm the lowest I've ever felt before, depression with a cherry on top because of this.

Very poor customer service. Cannot recommend

Hi. The Dr who carried out the assessment was excellent. The Dr I speak to during titration is also good.

HOWEVER customer service is really poor. I have been trying to phone (call rings out) and have sent several emails as I need a link to book a consultation to get my meds.

My emails have simple been ignored.

The situation is. now becoming urgent.
