Wouldn’t even give one star if that was…
Wouldn’t even give one star if that was a possibility. Appalling experience dealing with Adidas. 12 days after ordering trainers, and several attempts at contacting to chase the order and being given 3 different dates for delivery, I am told Evri have lost the package. They need to change courier then because it’s Adidas’ responsibility overall. I am then offered £8 for the inconvenience…. On a £100 pair of trainers- pathetic. They can keep the £8 (they are clearly hard up) and put it towards finding a decent courier. I’ll never deal with them again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Order lost in transit after failed delivery attempt on Sunday. Both livechats disconnected from me when I tried to push that their policy guidelines once a parcel is lost means that they can process a refund - agents saying completely different things.
Ordered specifically for an event this Sunday and literally no remorse or help from anyone. Won't be buying again.
I placed an order for £130 (order…
I placed an order for £130 (order AUK9BG07956) which was marked as delivered but never received. The proof of delivery photo shows no door number or any identifying features — it could be anyone’s door. I contacted customer service multiple times over more than a week and was given 72 hour timeframes three times with no resolution. My refund was rejected despite having no valid proof of delivery. I have raised a formal complaint (ref 98693803) but still no outcome. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Avoid ordering from adidas.co.uk
Premium Price, Bargain Basement Handling!
I ordered several items, including the Stella McCartney Edition Adidas shoes, what a mistake.
Items were shoved inside a single shoe box and the box was taped shut with brown masking tape.
The box arrived severely damaged and is now ruined. For collectors and anyone who cares about resale value, the original packaging matters; this careless handling is not what I expect from such a brand.
This experience has rewritten my expectations, my next pair will come from a retailer that values presentation as much as the product.
Adiclub and customer services
Would give no stars but wouldn't let me. Tried to sort an issue with my adiclub points 2 hrs later still issue not resolved. Useless customer services do not recommend at all
Rubbish.
Rubbish.
Slow to dispatch, even slower to resolve issues. Over priced and not worth the time and effort needed to get the right pair
Appalling Customer Service and Breach of Consumer Rights
I am extremely disappointed with Adidas UK. Due to a technical system error on their website, my order reverted to an address 100 miles away, despite me updating my address book prior to purchase.
The courier left the parcel in a recycle bin at the wrong location. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the item was never delivered into my physical possession.
Adidas issued a 'deadlock' refusing a refund. I have officially reported this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards (Case Ref: CCA-6994336).
Loyalty points system pointless
Loyalty points system pointless
Wanted to order some things
Had enough Adi club points to redeem 15% off
It stated no minimum value and no other reasons why the code wouldn't work
Code didn't work
I get in touch with them - I say them - I should say aliens
Firstly they try saying the voucher has to be a minimum use - I state how it says it doesn't
Then they try telling me it expired in August because it's written 01-08-2026
How about your staff need to learn uk dates?!
I remind them I had within 20 minutes only just produced said code -
And the end of the story is no one could inform me why the code didn't work
So basically adi club and discount codes are pointless - don't bother
Terrible support – ignored my requests and failed to help
"I am appalled by the customer service at Adidas. When I realized there was a delivery issue, I reached out multiple times to fix it. Instead of actual help, my requests were completely ignored, and I kept receiving useless, copy-pasted responses that didn't address my problem at all.It was a total wall of silence and incompetence. The ONLY reason I have my shoes (Order SM150167054GB) is because the Royal Mail courier took the initiative to find me. Adidas did absolutely nothing to assist, making the whole experience stressful and frustrating. The shoes are fine, but the way I was treated as a customer is unacceptable. I’m done with this brand. If you care about support when something goes wrong, shop elsewhere."
What a disgrace Adidas has become
Parcel massively delayed. Response from Evri customer service: "I can see that your parcel is slightly delayed because it missed connection to the courier. I'm sorry we haven't delivered on time for you, but it's still due for delivery by 27/04/2026." Parcel was supposed to arrive on 25/04/2026. They missed "connection" and is that supposed to be my fault? Appalling. Impossible to get through to anyone or get any support. It's all automated, conveniently. Then, I got a message from Evri to say they would deliver the parcel on 26/04/2026 between 3;30pm and 4:30pm, which of course was another lie.
Update: 28/04/2026 - my parcel is still nowhere to be found. Evri said they would be delivering it on 27/04/2026, which was yet another lie. This company is a scam, constantly lying to people and I can't believe Adidas are using this disgusting service.
29/04/2026 - parcel still nowhere to be found despite contacting the courier's manager
30/04/2026 - still, mystery unsolved, and the parcel has still not arrived
And also to add, Adidas customer service agents can't escalate issues to supervisors or managers, even when I specifically asked for it, they are incredibly unhelpful and one of them even hung up on me. No accountability whatsoever. What a disgrace Adidas has become.
Where should I start?
Where should I start?
The fact they couldn’t find my order number or that the could not be asked about it 2 weeks after paid for it online?
Afterwards they gave me a discount voucher that cant be used. Must’ve tried around 30-40 items shoes and sweaters alike.
Contacted their online chat - 5 !! hours later they asked which item number did the voucher not work on. I typed about 5-6 of them, to each they took 10-15 min to reply. By that time I lost the will to live. I said no thanks and went to competitor(much lower price and better customer support)jd and a local one.
Not going to come close to any adidas stores or online in the next few years that’s for sure. High prices below average support not worth it
Thieves and Scammers!!!
Thieves and Scammers!!!! with idiots in customer support
Adidas shipped my order to the wrong address, 500 miles away from my collection point. They take no responsibility for their mistake. For some reason, on their system, the order shows as collected, but on Royal Mail tracking, it states returned to sender. Adidas is refusing to refund me as their system shows collected, and they are not accepting it as their mistake. I'm filing it with the small claims court. Anyone fancy doing a class action lawsuit against them, as I believe I'm not the only one scammed by this company?
Zero stars if possible
Zero stars if possible
I purchased a football top from jdsports and returned it back to adidas as they are the 3rd party jd dont entertain you i never received my refund and contacted my bank and got a charge back which is getting took back because adidas say they did not receive return
I am taking this the full road I've sent proof of return its been tracked and adidas did receive return
Please be aware big company that just don't care actual scum
Bad quality and not owning up to it!
I bought the ADIZERO EVO SL ATR Shoes 4 months ago at the London Oxford street store. And they are now ripped on top where the thumb hits. Bad quality! This has never happened to me with other brands. And I sent the complain and I only get a 50% in store voucher. These are new shoes I can no longer use that are only 4 months old. I will continue to complain in your different channels!
Great customer service great quality …
Great customer service great quality the best trainers
Infant Trainers… STOP with the Velcro!
Infant Trainers… STOP making them work velcro! They constantly come undone. Not a practical design and certainly don’t provide the ease and convenience they are supposed to.
Adidas very poor quality …
The modern adidas trainers are very poor in quality the soles seem to wear down quickly and colours seem to fade quickly now very pricey and very poorly made don't recommend anymore used to love them wont buy anymore
Used/second hand/worn
Beware that adidas policy is to sell used goods. Two times in the past 4 months I have ordered trainers from them and they have been used and worn. One time they were absolutely soaked in mud. They rejected my return because they claim I hadn’t returned them in the condition which I received them.
Modern day cowboys
Terrible/useless/garbage customer…
Terrible/useless/garbage customer service and honestly it feels borderline fraudulent. My order never arrived, Evri confirmed it wasn’t delivered, yet Adidas still refused to help while hiding behind a vague “delivery confirmation” with no real proof. I was promised a callback and then completely ghosted for days(MULTIPLE TIMESS!!!!!). For a company that positions itself as a global brand, this is shameful - anyone working there should be ashamed of how customers are treated; it feels like dealing with scammers.
Perfect customer service for me
Maybe following negative customer reviews they've invested heavily in customer service, because my experience was exceptionally good
The courier failed to deliver the parcel and then lost it, but Adidas resolved the issue within an hour and also gave a money off voucher for the trouble. The refund was back in my account the next day, and they even restocked my trolley with the replacement to reorder straight away if I wanted to. Perfect customer service! It certainly gives confidence about ordering again in the future, and I will choose to order direct from Adidas over going to another store where possible.
