It was terrible, there spread is very high and I think they are playing with the candles using algorithms.
I don't recommend them for any one.
Very bad terrible experience with them.
When I tried to withdraw my money it tokes 7 days and it was not received just received a message from them "Thank you for depositing XX$ in your account."

Two days ago. Admiral Markets decided to terminate my account. The email went like this:
We write to you with regard to your Trading Accounts with Admiral Markets AS Jordan Ltd.Please accept this email as a notice of account closure, as per the Termination Notice letter attached to this email.Kindly do not reply to this no-reply email. If you have any questions, please contact us with our standard channels of communication.
In the termination letter, they said:We have reviewed arrangements with regard to your accounts and have come to the view that we wish to terminate our relationship with all your accounts. We, therefore, notify you in accordancewith Clause 24.1 of our Terms of Business that we will cease to provide services to you at the endof trading session on 19.01.2024
In the most recent Terms of Business document Admiral_Markets_AS_Jordan_Ltd_Terms_of_Business_11th_May_2023 pdf it says:24. Termination24.1. You may request the repayment of funds and terminate the Agreement at any time, by notice in writing tous, provided that you do not have any open position(s) and do not have any outstanding liabilities to us. We mayterminate the provision of our services to you upon notice in writing to you at any time. Termination shall not affectany transactions previously entered into and shall be without prejudice to any accrued or outstanding rights andobligations of either you or us.
I emailed my account manager and replied to the email in the link provided, but there was no reply from any of my emails. I spoke with customer service via web chat on their website and my account manager via WhatsApp, BUT! both didn't know anything about the termination, and it was said that if they knew, they wouldn't, and they couldn't tell me the client why. It was also said I should contact compliance department but as you could guess, there was no reply there either.Ironically, customer service is usually good, so I wondered if there was some sort of mistake. I'm at the point where Im thinking if this is how you carry out business, Im ok with the termination, but Im wondering why no clear reason was given. I hope this is very transparent and clear, and perhaps I can help others going through the same thing. I also noticed that they did the same thing to another client, Popi Akter, on Trustpilot on the same date as my issue.
On the 09/01/2024 Admidals Markets replied on Trustpilot but as per usual the reply doesnt address the discression at all in any way. Kindly report all issues you have with Admiral Markets to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC).

I am Mohammad Arya. From the clients of Admiral Brokerage. I have deposited about 100 dollars several times in this brokerage. However, every time I charged my account with cryptocurrencies for an amount of 500 dollars and above, after confirming the hash rate, the amount was deducted from my wallet, but it was not approved on the site. I sent a message to the support of the site to return my money. The first time they wanted to refund $880, it took more than two weeks, and every morning I started chatting with different support people, each of whom did nothing and transferred the menu to the next day until they finally refunded the money.
But the next time I recharged 500 dollars, the same problem occurred again, and I followed up as much as I could during the past month, and every time they said that we will inform you and they will not do anything to return my money. It has been proven to me that they never want to return the money I deposited to my account.
I am asking someone who has similar experience with this scam broker to give me some advice so that I can get my money from them. Here, I warn everyone that this agency is very difficult to deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies, and it is possible that they will easily take your money, and even if you follow up for several months, they will not give you a correct answer until you limit your money.

Until today, January 4, 2024, my problem has not been solved. And my money has not been returned. Every time I raise the problem with the support, after the proof of payment etc., they say that the problem is from the provider's side and we follow up, but this procedure is repeated every day.

I got to check my email. And for no reasons my account happens to be terminated. I have been using admiral for almost a year and to just see my account terminated while I deposited funds the previous day before it got terminated. Please I need my funds back.

So far my experience is pretty bad. Initially they seemed pretty good, I was assigned an account manager who would answer calls/emails pretty quickly. This stopped as soon as I deposited cash. Had 2 emails not replied to then the number I had that directly connected me to my account manager now connected instantly to waiting music.
It was very easy to deposit money but then when it came to withdrawing profits things got weird. Suddenly they needed international payments information, just to send me my own money? Where are they keeping this money?
The website claims withdrawals will be processed by 5pm the day requested, this doesn't seem to be true.
I have them all of my personal information including tax details etc, all of which prove my identity but then when I requested money out they started asking for bank statements etc etc.
All feels very off, my withdrawal is STILL showing as pending. The impression I get is that they will be friendly until they get your cash then they will delay and postpone withdrawals as much as possible... this is typical behaviour of "brokers" who you should avoid!
I have other accounts with UK brokers, one is a company called Trading 212... A withdrawal request is processed very quickly and you're guaranteed to receive profits within 3 days, from a domestic location too... With admirals I've had to add a diff6bank account, provide international payments details and lots of other Messing around just to request money... Who knows if I'll even get it back?!
Luckily I'm experienced so I do small (£100) deposits, buy smalls positions, then sell and withdraw just to test their payment cycles etc... These guys have very much failed all of my tests.
Let's see if I actually get the money. I will continue to update this review as the process progresses

I am taking back my previous ratings, I was fast to jump into conclusions when in fact this was not the case. The support team as well as leading management via LinkedIn explained to me all the stuff regarding the Brexit transition and migration of accounts for non-british residents. I dare to say this is THE best broker for EU residents, because I have never seen such patience dealing with demanding clients such as myself. Well done guys, and may your business continue to thrive. All the best.
By the way, if you can, please increase the salary of the czech retention manager and Mrs. Medeya Tsulukiya, because they fully deserve it for the hard job they do and their professional approach.

After around 3 weeks of using a live account, i would like to say that i had a very positive experience so far BUT the technical difficulties of their onboard plattform are driving me crazy. So far i had nearly a dozen times short or even long term connection problems (no the problem is not on user side). In general i like the onboard plattform - if it works. I hope they get to fix the plattform, because i'm totally convinced by the company itself
Especially not beeing able to trade in main exchange times, or to react on certain events, just because the side is down, once again, is freaky me out.

Shady service. This is the second time in 4 months that I cannot login to their mobile app nor to the platform. They have login issues.
How can anybody trade like this? I have open trades needed to be closed not to produce losses. Will Admirals support my losses now that they had their services unavailable? I doubt it

I have home insurance with admiral and when I went to make a claim it was fast, efficient and friendly lovely staff. Wouldn't insure with anyone else, will be moving my car insurance at renewal to them. Excellent.

I made a profit of USD 50920.74 holding my positions one and half a month. No scalping, news trading, HFT.
Still they canceled my profits.
They only allowed me to withdraw USD 25460.37
Thus, they allowed me to withdraw half of my profits and they deleted half of the profit and terminated my account.
No explanations behind the cancellation of profits, they just deleted the profits without any reason.
I will only update my review if and only if they give me my rest of the funds.
Stay away from the scammers.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I definitely would. Decided to start a trading account with AdmiralMarkets last week, after 2 successful card deposits and multiple trades opened, I ran into a margin call. Suddenly, the card deposit option was no longer available(how convenient). After reaching to Customer Support, I was told that they have issues with card payments and I should do a wire that takes a few days. Unacceptable, due to the inability to top up my account and the lack of help from admiralmarket my trade got stopped out and I lost my account with them. A total disgrace of a broker. Stay away from them if you value your time and money.
Complained last Friday and no response so far. In the process of filing an official complaint to compliance before raising further with regulators

It's funny how you said you have the right to take all my profit back and 70k USD at that. I understand that you have right to terminate my account even though without any reason from previous post that you say you have nothing to say because you don't have right to do that. I still do as you say when you terminating my account, but you have no right to not pay profit because if I lose my trade you not going to pay my lose back anyway, so this is how Admiral Markets make money, by taking the lose of trader and not paying the win. I will take this to lawsuit and regulator, to see how will you respond.
