Lovely, patient, very helpful guys that made our experience fantastic one to remember !
Well worth the money.

Customer service is really worthless.
An instructor that is literally swearing to you in a WhatsApp message and when you want to refund they refer to their policy and are not willing to even consider their own part in the mess...
Watch out when paragliding: TRANSPORTATION TO DESTINATION IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!! You have to arrange it yourself so when you are for example in playa del Ingles you need to take a bus from one hour and you need to take an additional taxi and off course you have to get back which makes it all very expensive. As I said the instructor is very short because he is "flying all day" en when you Tell them there is information on the website that you can get transport he tells me it's not possible and you can not get a refund because now you're too late. One top of this the guy swore the word "tyfus"when I read him what was on the website.

Amazing experience. So peaceful, well setup and safe. Great to see the Costa Del Sol coastline so clearly.

Snorkeling Tour in the Aeolian Islands, Sicily was great
Vi got Pick up by privat driver who drove us for 2 hr for meeting point without ex.charge
The guide on the tour was so fresh making everybody happy and the tour was awesome

I told them Hi The trip was sold as being close to vallon pont d’arc. It is actually 1hour 15 mins away and 67 km. !! This is not close and as such we can’t attend.

I booked a tandem paragliding session with Manawa and loved every second of it!

Customer service is awful, no one wants to address the issue. They pass you from one person to the other with generic emails. They are so frustrating and nothing gets answered.

Non transparent cancellation policy

Today I tried to book bicycles to cycle around Lake Annecy tomorrow. They registered my request while taking my credit card BUT didnt tell me that I was too late to cancel.

I waited, and waited and waited, and I didn’t know if we were successful with the booking, so we made other plans.

Then I got confirmation so I replied saying that it came through too late and could I cancel, only to be told the cancellation policy meant I would need to give them 48 hours notice.

When I queried that I had not been warned when I booked off this policy, they said that I received the cancellation policy when my booking was confirmed … which was guess what … already too late and came too late for me regarding our plans … given I didn’t know if they had accepted my booking

Is this legal ?

Pretty unsatisfactory… what really annoyed me is the completely unsympathetic response, just informing me that I should have cancelled it 24 hours before I even asked if there was availability, without acknowledging I’ve lost money, and that they hadnt informed me at the time of booking only after they charged me.

So my advice is use somebody else, or if you do use them be careful !

Kayaking itself in the pristine waters of the Adriatic alone are reason enough to rave! But the X treme Adventure guides Barba and Edin were amazing! They we’re fun, informative and made sure everyone was safe and enjoying their selfs! A must do in Dubrovnik!!! 5 star experience!!!

Paragliding over Myrtos beach was by far the best experience in my life the instructor was very professional with great sense of humour the views were absolutely breathtaking definitely would recommend it to everyone worth every penny

The location was stunning and the crew was fantastic. Great hospitality and very knowledgable, and they know their stuff! You can tell they love what they do. I would 1000000% recommend.

they didn't refund when they cancelled the activity.

I bought this activity for 1 person: via-cordata-du-trou-du-renard-a-palud-sur-verdon-gorges-du-verdon

They took the money, then they inform me that the activity couldn't be done because there is no 4 people for the activity, they wouldn't reimburse me, and their argument was that "it is mentioned that the ticket cannot reimbursed" although the reason is not my problem.
At the end they offered a voucher with the price to be used in 1 year, which is not a good solution, i might not go back there in 1 year! so unprofessional.
Simply don't charge the people if the activity isn't confirmed!

Amazing experience with amazing view! Staff are very friendly and great.

We booked an activity for 3 person. As one of us got ill, we canceled one of the three reservations.
For cancellation we called the skydiving team directly. They told us, that a refund would be possible and contacted the manawa team.
Now manawa does not want to make any repayment, even though we cancelled on time and they got informed!
