BED BUG - YOUR LITTLE PET IN THE ROOM

BED BUG, BED BUG AND BED BUG - if you want bed bug to crawl up onto your pillow, if you want no compensation, come to this hotel that treats you with no empathy.

Do you want to wake up 3am and find bed bugs on the bed? Stay here! Do you want bed bug to crawl on your shirt and pillow? Stay here! Do you want to risk bringing bed bugs home? Stay here? Do you want to pay for extra transportation fee to get home in absolute distress? Stay here!

I booked a room for my concert here in London, just one night. In the afternoon after I checked in from a tiring trip, I noticed a small bug on the bed - but I didn't want to cause distress because I knew it's peak season so there wasn't any other room available and I have a concert to attend at night.

At night when I was back, I decided to rest with my clothes on because I was very scared of BED BUGS and I was aware of the distress it could cause if I bring them home. I would want to swap to a different room but the reception has been closed. BTW, NO ANY EMERGENCY IINE IS AVAILABLE. so if you happen to run into some problems, no one will be there to help you.

My mind was very alert and somehow I woke up 3 am in the morning and jumped out of bed - well, check the photos I took if you want some nice throw up materials. The earliest bus was 4:40 to Paddington station, so I had to stay there for more than one hour. I threw away my shirt, my shorts, and absolutely feeling EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND SHOCKED.

When I was back, I took off all my clothes at the front door and dashed into bathroom, i threw everything in the washing machine and washed them with hot water and dry them over 100 ° - I take a shower for two times, and i have to then dry the towel and even the bathroom mat. I put other belongings in a sealed bag and put them umder the sun. I couldnt sleep well because I am still in fear of bringing even just one back.

I asked for compensation for my train ticket (because the original one couldnt be refunded and I have to purchase a more expensive one), and for causing so much mental stress - no, you get nothing but the room fee (oh and they want you to visit again and offer a 30% discount lol).

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PLACE.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from Hammersmith bus and tube station and a few stops on the tube to Westfield Shopping Centre. Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful guys on the front desk. Will definitely be booking again!

Best deal in London

This is a boutique hotel with a very attentive and helpful manager, at half the price. The room is spotless. I especially love the shower. It was also very quiet. Its very close to the tube and easy to get to all the sights. There are many pubs and restaurants close by

Very worthwhile lodging

Adria Hotel is a very reasonably priced lodging in London. It is not flashy and the rooms are quite small, but the facilities are entirely adequate and comfortable. The staff is remarkably welcoming, helpful, and flexible. We are entirely glad we stayed there.

Good Hotel

Room was clean and well maintained. Not a big room, but that is typical of many London hotels. The double bed was a bit on the small side but as there was only me in the room that wasn't a problem. The hotel did not provide breakfast but there is a fridge and a table and chair in the room so bought some stuff and did my own thing. Plenty of cafes nearby otherwise.

Comfortable En-suite rooms at realistic prices.

I have always received a warm and friendly welcome at the Hotel Adria and my recent trip was no exception. The rooms are well appointed and at realistic price. The hotel is a short walk from both the underground stations and bus services and local shops and restaurants at Hammersmith, London.

We had a family room for 4

We had a family room for 4. Room was spacious and super clean. Bathroom was small, but also super clean. Cleaning and new towels every day. Despite being a small house, checkin was no issue around midnight. Great location, 2 mins walk to Hammersmith station. Same 2 mins to shops. The room also had a tiny fridge on top of the promised amenities. Website pictures are a little highlighted.
Well done. I'd say best value for money, no wonder they are fully booked. Would return anytime.

Someone came into my room with their key/card. Thankfully I was in there and awake. Then the owner came to say "it shouldn't have opened, are you sure you locked the door?" Then he said he was gonna "reset it" with a computer, he came back and put another card and it opened the lock and he said "ok". I also noticed that the windows didn't seem to really lock (sliding windows). In other words : I have not slept a minute that night.

Literally the kindest staff of any accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is pretty simple and no frills buts it’s comfy enough and very well located to the underground lines. I would stay here again and again simply because of how wonderful the staff was. It was like staying with family (if you love your family.)

The staff are amazing!

The staff are amazing! They took my luggage up the stairs. They also greeted me every time I arrived back to the hotel. They cleaned the rooms everyday and left free cookies which were so good. The room is tiny, but it does what it needs to do. It did get hot in the room, but a fan is in the room for you and you can open the windows to get a nice breeze.
The hotel is near the piccadilly, hammersmith & city lines and circle line. You can take the piccadilly line all the way to heathrow, so you can save on money if you don't want to get a taxi. It's very easy to take. This hotel is near so many food places, grocery stores, and a concert venue. Overall, I enjoyed everyday of my stay here. I would definitely return.

The Adria is under a 5 minute walk from the station on all lit roads, clean and tidy with friendly staff. On arrival Theodore was very attentive and told us to use the Piccadilly line as it went directly to the main tube stations in around ten minutes. Hammersmith had good shopping. All in all a great find and we will use the Adria when we next see a show or just fancy a break.
