Got scammed 100$ on August 23rd. Did not use the service for years and I got charged out of nowhere, no response from their 24/7 support.

Have't used the company since March 2023 and I recently got a charge. It's a scam they autocharge your card.

Stay away. I might have used this website before and tried it more than two years ago, but I have not used it at all since then. I found that $100 had been deducted from my bank account today. I decided to sign in to see what this website was for, but I could not sign in, which meant that I had deleted my account with them, causing me significant inconvenience.

Warning, everyone! Adserea is a SCAM. They charged me 92 euros even though I haven't used the platform in over a year, and their website isn't working. Stay away to avoid getting scammed!

Got charged 100$ today over 1 year since I used it

My account was charge by Adserea yet I didn't even subscribe for this platform. I don’t have an account with them. I tried to check and raise my concern to their support email yet their site can't be reached. It is so frustrating. How can we get refund and cancel our records in this company.

Terrible company. I used their services in Jan of 2023, back then it didn't work as advertised so I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund and a removal of all my data from their servers.

Today, on Aug 23rd of 2024 - 1 year and 7 months later after I requested a refund and removal of all my data they decided to charge my card $100.

All this time I haven't used their platform, I haven't had a subscription and 1 year and 7 months later they charge me $100. No email communication, not confirmation of payment, just a bank charge.

Total scam.

UPD: next day they tried to charge my card $100 again (first $100 was succesfull).

UPD N2 on Sep 6th: they sent an email from noreply address claiming they initiated a refund and it will take 3-10 business days to arrive. Today is 10th business day from that email - there is no refund.They don't reply on their emails. Their phone number isn't serviced.

PSS. PLEASE at least file a chargeback with your bank. Maybe chargeback volume can help get their merchant banned. Otherwise they will keep scamming people.

I recently noticed an unexpected charge from Adserea on my account, despite never having used their services. I don’t have an account with them, yet they somehow managed to take money from me. This is very concerning and raises serious questions about their business practices. I’m currently trying to get my money back, but the experience has been frustrating. I strongly advise others to be cautious with this company.

Adserea is a complete scam. Despite not using their service for over a year, they charged me twice for a yearly subscription!

To make matters worse, their website was down for an extended period, making it impossible to cancel my subscription. Even when the site was up, their client portal wasn’t working, making it clear that everything is just a facade to scam people.

When I reached out to resolve the issue, I received no response to my emails. In the end, I had to block them through my bank to stop further unauthorized charges.

This company is completely unprofessional and seems solely focused on scamming its customers.

Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!

Fraudulent website and company. I got 2 charges from them back to back in the day, one using my old card details, and another one using my new card details that issued just in the same morning. I’m not sure how they obtain my details, so I went to check their website adserea.com and apparently the login page is invalid.

I've tried to cancel this for over 6 months. There is never a response, but always a charge every month.

This is definitely a fraud. For months their software is not been working have an active Year subscription, and they are not answering regarding refound.

Been under maintenance for months, cancelled subscription and they continue to charge me monthly

I do not normally give review but this time I felt obliged to give one. No one should ever subscribe to their crappy site.

First of all, most of the services they offer are not really available. Live Product SPY, product analyzer, Audience builder are non existent. They say they are under maintenance, but It has been like this already for months.
Second, the ones that are available have very insanely long load times. I am referring to Tiktok spy and Store finder. The tiktok spy will not work at all if you use 2 filters or more.
Third, there is no customer service. I mean they have but they are just bot-like creatures that were instructed to say "we are looking into this matter". No point in emailing as you will not get any reply at all.

This is a scam. All the other 5 star comments here are questionable. I feel obliged to comment to even out the positive commenters that are lying.

Edit: take a look at all positive reviews. Their wordings are very similar. They all sound fabricated. Note the dates which are just one day apart from each other. Sounds like the company is doing a damage control. Truly sketchy, I hope Trustpilot could remove them.

It's really not that good, I find the positive reviews odd. Not sure what the deal is, the content on the site makes no sense to me.
