Scam website, they took my money and the site doesn't even load. Customer service is ignoring my emails and no way to cancel the subscription

This company is not a good business entity to do business with they have collected my money told them to canceled and asked for a refund of the funds they had collected and am still waiting

got a subscription, website is okay, cancelled the subscription. two months later i saw a charge from them even though i cancelled the subscription so theyve been charging me even though i canceled for the past 3 months. i tried cancelling it again and i did and i went on the website to make sure it was cancelled but the subscription is still ongoing. they have no contact information also. dont recomend, its a scam.

I will never recommend this company to anyone trying to initiate a dropshipping business or e-commerce. I already a one month subscription and then they started going "under maintance" all day long. I requested for a refund but they don't reply my e-mail and even on chat. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The worst thing is, two youtubers recommended this awful company. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

horrible customer service and not worth it at all. tried for a month & decided to cancel my subscription. on the site it says cancelled yet every few days i keep getting notifications talking about a failed $20 adserea payment. their phone number went to voicemail & when i tried to contact customer service it said there was an issue with their site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Reasons to keep away from Adserea :

I subscribed to the AdSerea service on January 16, 2023, after just 3 days the problems started. Simply the main features of the platform became unavailable. I subscribed to the service because I need to parameterize sales and actions for my company now and not in the future.
Since then, I have tried unsuccessfully to get some information to show me how long it will take for the development team to solve the problems, but the support simply does not have that information. See the attached file with all conversations with support.

This is causing inconvenience to the normal operation of my business.

Therefore, I request cancellation of my subscription with immediate refund of the total paid on my credit card.

I'm stil awaiting for response to be able to provide another service to help me make decisions in my company, but now not even customer support chat with me.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They took my money and then their website went under "constant maintenance" for several days. When I tried to reach out to customer service for assistance, I was met with terrible service and no help at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They clearly do not value their customers or care about providing a functional service. Avoid at all costs.

There are no better way to SCAM other that this one: ADSEREA.COM is providing FAKE DATA, supposed backed by "AI" to people that don't understand that ecommerce isn't a game.

They claim they know everything about dropshipping and still can't even differenciate legit ecommerce from dropshipping stores.

ADSEREA.COM sells fake data and send you the worst traffic possible to your store: greedy people coming only to STEAL CONTENT and PICTURES.

To ecommerce owners I highly advice you to take a look at their website and take action against them because they don't hesitate to use your pictures even when they are from your own creations and without your authorization.

Don't waiste your time contacting them, ADSEREA.COM is a website stealing content from small businesses, they will not answer you.

Your best best bet is to contact and fill a DMCA takedown directly via the orginal website.
