We are very sorry that you have had a negative experience in dealing with our company. Your goods did indeed miss the requested next day delivery, due to a technical glitch at our distribution warehouse. We apologised, and refunded the next day element of the delivery paid.
The goods were then collected by DHL on Friday, for a planned delivery on Saturday. It seems, however, that when we subsequently changed the delivery address as requested b yourself, the Saturday delivery was changed to next working day again. We are not sure why, and are investigationg this. Being a Bank Holiday weekend, this means delivery on Tuesday.
Obviously, being the long weekend, we also appreciate that you may have been contacting us, but out of working hours. We do understand your frustration, and can only apologise for the compouded delivery issues that this order has been subjected to.
We would be grateful if the title of your review could be changed to be more reflective of the experience you have had. Thank you
