Recently had Alpine Halo 11 head unit and Alpine door speakers fitted with you guys absolute amazing customer care from start to finish.would definitely come again if I needed anything else fitted.looked after from dropping van off and on on collection every thing explained in detail.

I purchased a wedge reversing camera in May 21 which has worked fine until recently. I was assured the camera was reliable and worth the extra cost versus other alternative options available.
After being fitted less than two years the camera is now defective and the company refuse to exchange. Really poor customer service from this company who were not interested despite acknowledging they have numerous manufacturing and reliability issues with these wedge cameras.

Genuine parts used and better service than the main dealer (better prices too!)

Ordered a part that was listed as genuine VW but it clearly wasn’t
When approached it turns out I had to pay the returns postage but as this was clearly mis advertised I questioned this but they wouldn’t back down

Very strange customer services in my view

I wanted a genuine Skoda high line reversing camera fitted to my Skoda Superb iV PHEV but was advised by both my local dealership and Skoda UK that it was not possible despite being able to specify one for a new purchase. Having used Advanced In-Car Tech previously, I approached them again and they sourced a genuine Skoda camera and fitted it in a morning. The service provided both on the day of fitting and before was excellent and I would wholeheartedly recommend Advanced In-Car Tech for their professionalism and service. Now I have a fully operating reversing camera when Skoda UK said it was not possible. Brilliant!!

I last spoke to James in 2016 when he fitted a reversing camera in my Audi A3. Some six years later he was still delivering excellent customer service when I called him to explain to Audi technicians how to add a software update without losing the camera. His help was invaluable. I would recommend Advanced In Car Technologies to anyone. Thanks again James.

This is the second time Advanced in Car have completed work on my vehicle. Recently, (November 2022) I travelled down to their premises in Poole to have Alpine speakers and a Alpine head unit fitted together with a Thinkware front and rear dashcam. Prior to travelling all the communications with James were extremely professional, and he always responded very quickly to my enquiries. His product knowledge is excellent and he recommended which would be the best option for my vehicle. The work was completed to the very highest standard and within the estimated time. Their work cannot be faulted and they take great care not to introduce any rattles to the vehicle. On completion Richard explained how each part worked and the best settings to us. I will be returning in the future for more upgrades. I highly recommend this company without any reservations.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, cares about the end result and the right solution for the van. Wealth of knowledge. Leisure battery replaced and additional extras. Would highly recommend.

Had parking sensors on a 2019 Polo fitted by Dan in York. Excellent communication from the office team and Dan over sorting a date to suit us all, sensors installed without any problems and working perfectly - as per factory fit. A great job all round, would have no issues recommending.

I pre ordered a set of Alpine speaker for my vw t6.1 campervan. The guys sent me out their first delivery sample before they received their main batch of speakers. Top service and great communication throughout the sale.

Advanced In-Car Technologies retro fitted cruise control to my 2017 Scirocco. Parts are genuine VW and the install is exactly what you would expect if it had been factory fitted from new. Also got them to make my mirrors autofold and add the large MPH to the centre display. All done very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

James and the team at Advanced in Car have just completed a reversing camera installation on my BMW 240i convertible. The quality of the camera is every bit as good as as a a factory fit option on my previous BMW. What I like most about the company however is the attention to detail, and excellent customer service that you receive. Nothing seems too much trouble and everything is clearly explained and demonstrated.

I placed an order with this company at the weekend- he contacted me by email today to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. He made sure by asking appropriate question and asking me to send a photo to him of my van again just to check all was ok.

After a fair amount of online research I booked my wife's new Audi TT in for reversing camera and front parking sensors to be fitted. I had been inspired by the Advanced In-Car video on their website, then spoke with their Tim Borrill, who inspired me further as a professional who knew his job inside out and back to front. I was not disappointed! The booking was some weeks ahead and a deposit was paid. Further discussion identified that work could be done to install ambient lighting inside the car as well and we opted for that addition too. The work was carried out in October, I was greeted warmly on arrival, then on pick up Tim and his colleague Rich went through all work and function etc. Frankly, these guys could not have been more helpful, the work done is imperceptible from how it would have looked and felt if factory fitted and this company has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had identified other companies that were more geographically convenient to get to and very slightly cheaper in price but this is an expensive car that deserved the best attention, and we were motivated by getting the BEST job done, which we got.

Having consulted Tim before about other VW installations I was confident AICA could help with my latest project. Excellent and unique installation on a VW Up and appreciated the communication and guidance right throughout the project.

Bought AICT VW T6 V3 Headlights from Tim, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, kept me updated when there was a delay, I would not hesitate to recommend the company, the customer service is excellent, keep doing what you are doing Tim and don’t change a thing
