While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Posting as a concerned professional colleague. My friend delivered a 3-day technical training (13–15 October) under a confirmed payment agreement, but the payment is still pending despite repeated follow-ups.
Communication was unprofessional and lacked accountability. It is also surprising to see highly positive fake reviews from his paid known persoons online despite such unresolved payment issues. Trainers and consultants are advised to proceed with caution.

Tiptop laptop

I am very satisfied with the professional level of customer service and technical skill. My laptop is very old and the tech brought it up to-date. The application is keeping it running smoothly. I could not be happier. Thank you.

I cannot fault the programme. I am no technocrat, but this looks superb in identifying and remedying problems. Now, I have sent two emails requesting a credit due to my paying for Advanced-VPN twice. To date I have had no response. Can someone please process the relevant credit ASAP.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. Pleaser don't make it so difficult to send feedback. I do not want to lock into my google account every time to give you 5 starts and more than ten character feedback. I think you are great. But you waste my time asking for feedback every time.
