Had a problem with my account and she dealt with it professionally and quickly. Definitely the best interaction so far since being a customer for over 4 years.

Great service

This company are amazing. I lost my job recently and despite lots of attempts at getting work I’ve not been successful. I spoke to Advantage today because I am unable to make my car payment this month. They were so helpful, kind and empathetic. No pushing or pressuring me to make a payment I cannot keep to.

I spoke to Rachel from the customer repayment team to help me with my account. Unfortunately I had problems with my account due to unforeseen circumstances (nothing to do with Advantage, you have all been brilliant) which in turn had an impact on my mental health due to stress and worry. Rachel spoke with me today, calmed me down significantly (after bursting into tears) and talked me through how she was going to help me and what I needed to do. Rachel informed me of everything she was doing on the other end of the phone and spoke with empathy, understanding and compassion. Towards the end of the call I felt a weight had lifted off my shoulders and this was all thanks to Rachel, for not only sorting my account out and setting out a good plan, but for simply understanding that life doesn’t always go to plan and you can have bad times, you just need to reach out for support. Rachel actually said on the end of the call ‘you sound like a new woman’ and honestly, I felt it too… and again, this was all down to rachel and her caring and helpful attitude! So Rachel, I truly hope this feedback is fed back to you, I can’t thank you enough for your help and support this afternoon. You deserve a pay rise (and extra annual leave!!)
