Best Rental Service Experience
I usually only ever rent cars from places like Hertz, Enterprise etc and I wish I had come across Advantage a lot earlier. Everything from the value, the service and support was 10/10. Prices were very competitive, with no sacrifice to car quality which was pretty much brand new. Service during pick up was great with the staff at the Queen Street East branch going out of their way to try and speed things along during a busy pick up period (it was Victoria day weekend) and served with a smile. Then after I needed support on a billing issue, Sarah within the billing team was so kind, understanding and supported me with the most perfect resolution possible and communicated it in such a timely and nice way. Could not have asked for better support from Sarah. Ultimately, I would give more than 5 stars if I could and I would highly recommend renting from Advantage.
