If you care about your data don't use this app, they store it for 5 years.

My experience with this app was very awful.
First they tire me one month to get verified and still i couldn't use the services i wanted.
I just transfered 20 euro to buy a card and i would be using it to pay different services online.
After i realise that this app is not working properly, i recieved my 20 euro back ( very very very very small amount according to anyone in this universe) i wanted to delete my account, because i have the right to do so and i don't want to leave all my passport info, my address info etc. In their hand.
When i tried to delete my account i realise i was not able to do so.
They are trying to store and use my data for 5 years.
Of course i opened a ticket and the only explanation is that aml requires it.
Every aml process in the world has a limit for it to be used ( generaly over 10.000 euros) .
This guys wants to storage our data for 5 years for whatever the deposit ammount is.
Attention, if you do care for your data do not use this app.
By the way i am still trying to ask them to delete my data.
I just talked with my lawyer and we are preparing to file the case in the europian court of human rights.

About the verification in all of the usage of the app. I did verification to open the account, verification to try and buy the card, virtual card and the last but not the least, about not informing the user for the procedure of 5 years data storage before transfering the money. ( at my case very very small amount.) Right now, you are taking my time trying to seek answer and resolutions from different platforms for a subject that is clearly MY RIGHT and your company's time by engaging different workers to work on the email i send.

With all due respect, it is NOT your right to demand instant deletion of payment-related data, not in a bank, not on our platform, not anywhere where money is involved. We also disagree with your allegations that anyone's personal data is somehow unsafe with us. You received a written response from our Data Protection Officer with a detailed explanation. As a regulated financial institution, we are legally required by the conditions of our payment processing license to store all payment-related data for 5 years. You did make payments, depositing and withdrawing money is payments. Your bank will also not delete your personal data at your request. Whenever moving money is involved, you can't demand instant deletion. We assure you there has never been a customer of ours anywhere on the planet that can say their personal data was abused or mishandled by us in any way. You are wrong to assume there is no such requirement. Had there been no such requirement, we would have saved a lot of time and money not keeping the data we do not have to keep. SEPA transfer taking a lot to process

Well this really has been an aweful experience. Like probably most of newcomers to AdvCash services, I've come by those said services due to Binance having this as the only available option for SEPA transfers. Just like that I trust Binance and created an account in AdvCash in order to add some funds. Next, on 03.02.2022 I completed a transfer of around 2000€, according to AdvCash SEPA funding instructions. Yet they claim a 3 business processing time, 6 business days have already passed and my money is nowhere to be seen! Of course I've opened a ticket to ask for support from their end but all I've got are 11 e-mails traded between me and AdvCash (7 of which are mine and 2 are automated responses) and again, my money is nowhere to be seen! They keep asking to this uncomfortable questions like: "What's the purpose of the transfer?", "What do you plan to do with the funds?", "What do plan to do with your funds on Binance?", "Can you provide proof of your Binance account?", "How exactly are you going to send the funds to Binance?". What type of scrutiny is this??! And what's worse is that I keep asking if my money is going to be deposited in my AdvCash account or if it will be refunded back to my actual bank account from where I sent my transfer; and they never reply directly and clearly to this question. Again, what a nightmare of an experience! I don't understand how Binance ever came up with a partnership like this! This doesn't look good at all. I want my money back!

In the very same day I presented this complaint they have solved my process and deposit was made into my AdvCash wallet. After that I resumed fund transfer to Binance through their app and it was instantaneous. I've upgraded my evaluation from 1 star to 3 stars because they've rightfully explained the delay of the process and why they ask so many questions. Altought I think it should be a concern from AdvCash side to thoroughly explain this methodology so that people are aware before depositing any funds and therefore minimize the concerns that arise from this type of approach.

Since the prior developments I've made two more deposits that went smoothly, inside processing times and without any questions. I've upgraded my review to 5 stars. After they make sure you are acting in good faith you can make pretty much any movements without hickups.

Not suitable for me

On 6.1.22 I sent a sepa transfer to adv. After a week, the money was still not in my wallet. I then opened a ticket. First, adv wanted to see a transfer receipt. Then came questions about how I want to use my money. I answered all the questions. After each answer came a new question and I still don't have any money in my wallet. I have now asked adv to transfer my money back to me. I will not answer any further questions. I am authenticated. It is about 5000 €. That's a lot of money for me. Absolutely not recommended. If I don't receive my money, I will post more warnings.
Update: advcash will send back my money (1-3 days).

According to our KYC/AML rules, some additional information was required in your case to complete your deposit. As long as you did not feel like providing it in full and requested a return, the deposit was refunded. Your money was never in any sort of danger, this was always about purpose of payment and similar information. Having a verified account is not always enough, unfortunately. Sorry, but with high risk payments processing everything without any questions is not a sensible long-term strategy. Thanks for understanding.

12 days passed, and you never did anything for me to withdraw my funds. Withdrawal to MasterCard (ID 2133669) This is my ticket, and you simply do NOTHING to help, and my money is stuck with your horrible website. Thieves.
You never offered to me any other options to withdraw my funds. I tried bank and CC but it never worked. I asked you to send my money back to my crypto wallet but you said you cannot do that. So what exactly you are offering me here?

Good if you are lucky otherwise too bad. "Compliance team" is a joke.

I first found them out on binance, registered, got an adv visa card, made some transfers, It went ok, SEPA transfers were even processed fast (around 24h).

Then I had the bad idea to tell my parents about it, with the nexo/binance links I tought it was a good entry point to initiate them to crypto trading/investing.

Turns out if you are old and/or do not speak english fluently, you are flagged as a scammer. My parents sent a 2k€ topup a week ago, "support" is coming up with a new excuse every day not to process the transfer.

After a staggering amount of counter verifications and questions, they finally had the infamous skype call treatment, now since they are not fluent in english they were basically told, "too bad we only do english and russian", with no other options proposed. And that's where they stand now 10 emails later and 2k€ in the wild, no answer anymore whatseover.

It is one thing to be (too ?) careful. It is another, to leave the customer in the waiting progress unless he/she contacts support. Then asking questions, then more questions, then more questions. Then quitting the conversation altogether, not even mentionning a refund is in progress. Do you understand how bad this is ?

David, with all due respect, but nobody is flagged as a scammer actually. However, some transfers may be considered more high risk than others, and for some accounts processing may be refused. Every day we see plenty of senior citizens becoming targets of scammers who tell them to send money to them via crypto -- and then the money is gone. And then they come to complain to their bank and to us, and we are the ones responsible for the loss. It is not an indication of any wrongdoing if a payment platform refuses deposits it has reasons to believe may be high risk. Deposits are refunded in this case, of course. You are right about communication and support, no argument there. We are getting thousands of deposits every day, not every reaction may be instant. We don't think anyone actually quit the conversation. Your case was sent to accounting, and we will check everything to make sure the case is processed as it should. Very Bad experience so far.

Very Bad experience so far.
They advertise a 3 business day period to get your money on your account but it is much much longer.
Once they receive the money, they keep it until you contact them to know where it is and then start asking questions about what you intend to do with the money, who are you going to do business with, what for etc etc.

If you decide to use their services anyway, be prepared to wait more than a week, and to send multiple emails to their support before getting anything on your account that you can use, on my side it has been a week and still nothing

Dont know what to say

I gave 100USD to get their card and I am unable to verify my location since they are asking for my address proof from bills or bank statements.( I dont have bills on my name and i dont have bank account that is why i am requesting the card)

I uploaded a document from my government with all details they need and their support told me that the paper is valid and I can upload it and he will confirm it.

I got mail that my address is confirmed and after one hour I got another mail that my address is denied and I need again to upload the document.

I got this service recommended by a friend who had to open a bank account in order to just send them a paper, but I will not do that.

I am asking for a refund to crypto for the amount I placed for the card.

Our card vendor requires a valid proof of address to issue the card. You were not able to submit it, unfortunately, trying to use a local government document instead of a standard bill or bank statement, and it was rejected by the card vendor (but accepted for our internal address verification that is not related to the card, hence the 2 messages because you tried to use it for both verifications). Your card order was therefore canceled, and the card fee was fully refunded to the wallet you used for payment. Refunds are only made where the payment came from, not to crypto. You can use the refunded amount for any supported transaction of your choice. We are sorry it didn't work out, but we did not find any problems on our side here. Tthanks for the feedback anyway, and we wish you a better experience with other providers.

You will not be charged any fees by us if you cancel a transaction. And yes, for some sensitive methods like credit card deposits or bank transfers we sometimes need to use video verification calls meant to eliminate fraud. If you do not want to do it for whatever reason (most users have no problem with these things), no money is charged, and the payment is refunded in full. If you complete the one-time verification, the deposit completes automatically. Perhaps this is a misunderstanding, so let's clear it up. Please respond to our request for details with your information.

Joke company

They don't respect GDPR, had to send 18 mails before I'm starting to get an appropriate answer, they tried to fool me saying they respect article 5 but they keep traces of EVERY documents that you sent, and since they refused several documents I sent in the verification process I wanted them to delete these but no, they just tell me it's not how it works, that they keep it for 5 years no matter what Art. 5 (c) states. So they just gather information about people even though you ask them to delete it, unnecessary information furthermore.
Still fighting with their support atm to make them respect the law and my rights.

Don't use their services, you'll just lose your time.

Sir, at the moment the documents you submitted for address verification are only stored in your download history. Unfortunately, the data is removed from the download history only after a certain time has passed, as my colleagues have already written to you.
Don't worry, all your data is securely protected and won't fall into the wrong hands."

If this isn't the proof that they're nothing but competent. I'm contacting a lawyer and we'll see how it goes in front of court since you make me pass like a fool.

UPDATE 3: After saying I contacted CNIL and a lawyer because of this last answer, I finally got this email from this fraudulent company:
"Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation.

We strive to align with the data protection legislation and protect the privacy of our customers.
After conducting the internal investigation it was found that there indeed was a mistake on our side.
As you reasonably noted, art. 5(c) of GDPR states that the data shall be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The uploaded documents that were initially rejected cannot be used for verification purposes.
At this moment these files are deleted.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused."

All of this is so ridiculous, had to write 20 emails in order to finally get an appropriate answer. Your answers on Trustpilot were disrespectful and arrogant, did you ever work in a real company before ? I'm doubting.

All this time lost to finally have someone saying that there was indeed a mistake on your side ? 20 emails aren't just "one mistake" but a whole demonstration that you guys are incompetent, I asked you at least 5 times to respect Art 5 (c), you make me feel like I'm a fool and the moment I'm contacting CNIL and a lawyer at this regard you finally decide to take my ticket in consideration ?

please do not use this it's a big waste of time they take too much from your time, more than one week is over, and I don't get any answer from them where my money is, I hope they do their job and at least send me my money back, I think they are SCAMMERS do not work with them chose other platforms to do your payments.
In case you have months to spent waiting for your transfer, then use advcash The Best.

Horrible experience

The registration was easy enough. I tried to send euros to them using bank transfer exactly the way they indicated. My money still hasn't arrived and now they are sending me emails asking me all sorts of questions. What exactly I want to do with my funds, how I want to send them, etc. questions are not ending. It is very complicated and full of problems just to transfer some euros to them. I certainly do not recommend this service.
