You have no money in your account, this has nothing to do with money. This is just another example of a fraudulent account trying to make allegations they are a legitimate customer who lost money. None of those things are true. Your account details are for one person, and you attempted to complete our additional KYC check with a totally different person. This is identity fraud, so your account with $0 balance got banned from the platform. Try not committing fraud next time.
