Après 3 mois, toujours pas de fonctionnement / After 3 months still not working
N'achetez pas AEG ! Nous avons acheté l'adoucisseur d'eau MIX 2en1 chez Leroy Merlin, installation comprise. Après 3 mois, toujours pas d'installation fonctionnelle ! L'adoucisseur est installé, mais AEG doit envoyer quelqu'un pour l'activer. Or, ils ne peuvent (ou ne veulent) pas envoyer un expert pour le faire. Paiement intégral, 3 mois d'attente, toujours pas d'installation fonctionnelle. La pire expérience de ma vie !

Do Not buy AEG! We’ve bought the Water softener MIX 2in1 at Leroy Merlin, including installation. Now after 3 months still no working installation! The water softener is installed but AEG has to send someone to activate it. But they are not able (or willing) to send an expert to do this. Fully paid, 3 months waiting, still no working installation. Worst experience ever!
