Having contacting this company at 3pm today for a satellite issue after Storm Eunice, and having this sorted within 1.5 hours the same day from our call is amazing… All communications with the first contact telephone conversation until the helpful and cheerful Mark who come to assist and fix the issue is a welcome rarity today! Highly recommended company with excellent service…

I left a message on the website and next morning received a call. I had expected to pay £2-300 for a new aerial but their employee talked me through the possible causes of my problem and advised me how to correct before calling them out. Solved the issue and saved me the expense and inconvenience. Perfect service, and shows how honest they are. No reservations in using them next time, and reccommending them to everyone.

Once again I called Justin in need of help! first class service on Christmas Eve to repair a connection that had broken due to my clumsiness- no fuss, no quibble just sorted it and left it up and running. No hesitation in recommending him whatsoever

Phoned Justin at 08:30 booked in for 3pm he turned up at midday fitting the job inbetween his busy schedule. Had my Tv running again 15 mins later. Highly recommended!!

Needed a new sky dish and cabling for our new home. Justin fitted the dish exactly where we wanted it (not like Sky) and managed to install the cabling down through the cavity. Very neat job and nice people. Highly recommend Tone Aerials.

Rang Justin at 0945 this morning. Though he was some miles away he came over to Chard and had me back up and running by 11.00am. Now that's great service!

Excellent service from this company. Called me back within an hour of my enquiry and came out to fix my aerial the next day. Turned up exactly on time and clearly informed me of the problem and solution. Fixed the problem quickly. Would definitely use again.

Called the guys after a recent storm. They were polite, prompt and efficient. Arrived before time, recommended the right option for me and were very professional. Clean workers, good customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant!! As a lone 'senior' always a little wary if I need a tradesman to call. Need to have no worries about Tone Aerials. First contact was by email and this was very quickly followed up by call-back Within 24 hours the guys were swiftly and efficiently sorting the problem explaining everything as they went. They were soon up in the loft replacing a faulty connection and all was very painless...even the cost!! They didn't leave until everything was tuned and up and running...better than it had been for years. Very friendly, very efficient and very professional. Couldn't be more pleased and would be happy to recommend Tone Aerials to anyone.

We are so impressed with the quality of service, efficiency and dedication of this company.... I called first thing this morning as we lost our digital signal completely at the weekend. Justin and Will arrived later the same morning and we were up and running again by 2.00! Amazing! Top Bloke, Top Job, Came out at the drop of a hat, went to a lot of trouble to get us up and running on a Friday evening. Cannot fault service like that!

What a great outfit. Called Justin because we had no signal from our satalite dish. He came ahead of his expected time with a courtesy call before hand. The satalite dish is situated behind the house on the side of a hill and in wooded area. Certain others would have told me where to go! Not Justin and Mike - with me in tow we did some severe mountaineering and located the dish, tested for a signal and then cut back all tne overgrowth to leave us up and running with tv programmes.
I couldnt thank him enough and would give him 100% recommendation.

I let my holiday home and, as such, when appliances/services go down I need a quick reliable repair service.
My TV signal failed & I rang Justin in a panic last Saturday lunchtime. He drove over 55 miles to repair it, arriving at 15.00 the same day.
The TV's are now working perfectly.
