Aerless travel bags

I received the product (2 airbags) recently but no compressor pump as apparently I didn’t order that although I paid $106 which I thought covered it . I also received no instructions and can’t seem to open the bags with the zipper. I tried to contact the company but their
Website is blocked now? I was offered a free pump + postage if I wrote this review so that’s why I’m doing it. Otherwise the product is of no value to me. I hope they get back to me as I would really like to use the bags on my next trip.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Total misrepresentation of what we paid for. I ordered the 4 pack bags and expected the pump to come with it like all the pictures showed. It didn't. When I contacted customer service to get the pump - they said they would only send IF I wrote a review. I refused and have since been trying to return the bags only to get a website link that isn't operational. Something is really wrong with this customer. Strongly recommend you avoid, avoid, avoid.

I am rating this one star because after ordering it, I immediately realized that it was going to the wrong address. I immediately sent an email, God forbid anyone actually have customer service anymore. They told me I had to write a review. I did and thought that they would correct the address. Nope. So it actually took two weeks to get to the wrong address. Not because of being holiday season, because they didn't ship it out till over a week after I put the order in. So now my girlfriend has to send it to me and I'll reimburse her. I also ordered a separate pump, to the correct address, but for some reason I was charged twice. Got a refund for one, but still haven't gotten the pump. And again , ordered over two weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. So I have to send another email, because again you can't actually talk to someone, and figure out where my pump is. Very frustrating.

Great Customer Service

I am thankful to the customer service representative who responded to my request for instructions as to how to open the bags as none was provided. A detailed reply was sent and the issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I have tested the bags and they work as advertised.

Aerless new review

I don't know if they actually read this review, But guess what, they told me they would be sending the pump ($55.00) to me free of charge. Well sort of restored my faith in this company.

I ordered this item in error and tried to cancel within an hour of ordering. The only way to cancel is by emailing customer service. Which I did. They responded 2 days later telling me it had already been shipped, which it wasn't, I checked. Their website said my order was being processed not shipped. However, they said when it arrived I could just return it for small fee. Turns out the small fee is 60% of what I paid originally. Stay away from this company. Product seems ok but the customer service is terrible.

Customer Service not great

The bags seem fine - I haven't opened them. My complaint is about service. It took over three weeks for me to receive these bags, and while I thought I made sure to order the pump, I did not. When I asked about it, they wanted a review in exchange for a discount on the pump. Then, when I said 'no', they wanted to send a free pump if I provided a review. It all started feeling a bit odd. Then, when I tried to access the website, I cannot. I don't know what changed, but I've tried everything and cannot link to the website no matter what browser I tried. I told the company I wanted a refund and that I needed them to process that for me, but now I haven't heard back from anyone in over a week (where before, it was next day responses).

Company Suppory

I have made 2 trips, and the product has worked as advertised. I originally thought I had ordered 2 complete kits with bag and pump only to find out the pump was not included in the second add on. Aerless offered a great deal on the extra bags, but we settled on a free extra pump. I gave the extra bags and pump to a friend with limited funds that travels with us, she was very excited - Thank you and Merry Christmas

Bad service

Bad service. They create a USPS shipping label so they can claim it's been shipped and charge your card. It is stuck in waiting for carrier to pick up package. Wrong! Stay away. I ordered weeks ago and still stuck in that status. They do this so they can charge your card and ship when they want to. I tried to cancel and they said can't due to its been shipped. Wrong!

stay away. I am disputing the charge. what they are doing is illegal and against credit card processing requirements. they should not charge until it's been shipped.

they will regret me as a customer. i know how to report them regulatory, legally, and with the card processors.

Upon more research, i discovered the product is being shipped from China. They then compile a bunch of orders before sending to North America. Then repackage and ship when it arrives.

I contested the $ with credit card company. Really bad service! Do t buy.

The Aerless system allowed me the flexibility to take clothes for all occasions, yet fit it in a smaller bag. I’d highly recommend Aerless for travellers that always struggle to fit all your clothes into the suitcase.

I ordered two Aerless bags and thought that the suction pump was included. My mistake. The bags look sturdy will certainly allow us to pack more and carry-on the plane.
I contacted Aerless and they replied that they would send me a pump for free! Great customer support.

Amazing customer service

I haven’t used the product yet as it’s a gift for my wife and wrapped nicely under the tree. This review is about aerless customer service. I messed up my order and they have been incredibly gracious in helping me get it fixed. If the product is half as good as their service, it’s going to be awesome!

Ordered before thanksgiving and arrived…

Ordered before thanksgiving and arrived 28 days later after the trip I needed it for. Blamed holiday shipping dates (no other issues with other retailers). Paid express shipping and then they said it was held up in customs. You email the company and you get an AI BOT that gives you the standard "we understand your frustration but since it shipped we can not refund your money". Now that I got the product by the way missing an item, I am trying to return and they want me to pay for the return. Garbage Company....Scammers and Frauds

I paid twice to send the merchandise back unopened unused and they denied my return even though they state easy returns. After writing this reviews they get a reputation management company involved to see if I am a human. I sent numerous emails from Aerelss to Trustpilot backing 100% of my statements. I have now gotten another reply from Aereless apologizing for their lack of customer service however no offer for a return and refund. BUYER BEWARE! unauthentic customer service and backing of their garbage product.

In transparency they are now offering a refund and I don’t have to return the product if I kindly do or remove my review. This crazy process started before Thanksgiving of 2025 and now 133 days later it is being addressed. I wrote that money off in January as I would never see it again. I will gladly return you product you sent (which was missing an item as your packing department can’t count). But the review is not being retracted by me. Sorry you’re late to the game and not being responsible in a timely manner. Like the credit bureaus it’s your job to repair your credit/credibility/reputation. I won’t be bought off 133 days later because this review is not positive. I was up front I would share your emails if you didn’t refund my purchase. Evidently your team or AI Bots didn’t care.

The product itself met expectations and was delivered exactly as described. Build quality is solid, functionality is reliable, and performance was flawless upon use. As a practical benchmark, we were able to fit up to 20 clothing items into a single packing cube, which demonstrates strong capacity optimisation and thoughtful design.

That said, the customer service experience represents a material gap that significantly undermines overall confidence. After being informed that the order had been delivered, no tracking details were provided, despite multiple follow-ups, including direct contact with Mr. Johan. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Compounding the issue, the website continued to reflect the order status as “unfulfilled”, creating unnecessary confusion and eroding trust. From a customer-centric standpoint, this is highly unprofessional and operationally irresponsible.

Further due diligence revealed that the product origin is Mainland China, as confirmed by tracking data indicating pickup from a Mainland China (CN) origin facility. The website itself is hosted on Shopify, yet no verifiable company information is disclosed, which raises legitimate governance and accountability concerns.

Independent research also confirms that the company is relatively new, having been formed around May 2025, which aligns with third-party spam advisory findings. Most concerning, however, is the false claim of having “100K Trustpilot reviews.” A claim of this magnitude, when demonstrably untrue, speaks volumes about the company’s credibility, transparency, and overall trustworthiness, particularly when measured against established platforms such as Trustpilot.
