Five weeks ago I ordered and paid for an Aerofry. The smaller model. It arrived, well packaged, after four days. And since then I have been using it daily. It looks good, works as it should, and appears to be well made. I had not read all the negative Aerofry reviews beforehand. If I had I would not have bought one. But I am very satisfied with my purchase. Roland, in Sweden.

Terrible service? NO service you mean. We want to return the product but the refuse to take it back, discounts and all, WE DONT WANT YOUR PRODUCT!
We dont get any answer anymore, we simply asked for the return address but it seems that is non existing.
The product arrived damaged (esthetic damage) and not fully functioning (internal light bulb broken).
They refused to take it back, offered ridiculous discount instead until they stopped answering.
Terrible terrible service and not possible to return!!! Dont buy!!!
Stay FAR away from that Chinese scam COMPANY.
They will not stand by their responsibility when you cancel the product 30 minutes later again, and sell the product under a false product name Aerofry.dk A Chinese scam company that will not take their l... back, which also does not work.
