Avoid this company at all costs!

Fraudulent. I purchased an item almost a month later I'm told they don't have it in stock.

Refised me a refund trying to make me accept something different then theybsay I need to be charged 15% handling fee on an item tneu don't even have to ship to Me.

I could not pick Zero stars, I had to pick one. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!! I implore you do not do it!!! I should have done more research. The clothing looks nice in the picture; however it is very low quality. I ordered based on the size chart which indicated I should order my regular size; got the items way too small. Sizing is totally off. Requested a refund and was sent the message below. Absolutely accusing, disrespectful and disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are a total scam, making money off of decent hard working people and they don’t have any regard for customers.

I received the wrong size. And there is no way you can talk to anyone. The only way you can communicate with them is email. And it took a very long time to get here.

This company is known as curveshine where they sell clothing. I had this company pop-up during a game of Yahtzee. I placed an order with them and added the extra insurance to assure my items got to me on time. Half of my order did and the sizes are way too small. When I asked for a return they made me feel guilty offer exchanges instead of refunds and I was missing an item and they never attended to my request for a refund for an item which I never received. Long story short I'm out almost $180. Check reviews on websites offering great discounts. A lesson learned from me. If I could give them a lower score than one I would. This has been nothing but a headache for me their clothing is made very cheaply too it's not cotton it's polyester. Now I have to pay to ship it back to China

Terrible customer service, got 2 of what I ordered and poor quality! A month after ordering!
Clothing is not cheap yet service is !
Never again will I purchase anything from them !

🚨 WARNING!!! Do not buy from this company!! Their products do not run true to size and they give you such a hard time when you try to exchange. They are rude, Like you did something wrong! Then when they finally agree to exchange, YOU have to pay shipping costs (3 times by the time you get the exchange). AND you have to return it to China which costs a minimum of $50! 😠 I wish I had noticed it was made in China. I would have never bought the outfits.

I bought a Tankini which cost £38 including postage, the quality of the garment was disgusting, the sizing was way off and it was not as described online.
Tried to contact them for refund which is extremely difficult and eventually received a response to return to Hefei in China….online address is in England!
The cost of postage alone would outweigh the cost. Total scam, wish I had read the previous reviews before buying, expensive lesson. Not even worth 1 star but would not allow 0 stars

Should have researched. I have asked multiple times for return instructions. They offered 15% of the amount of the item to keep it. I told them them if they return 50% I would keep it or please provide instructions on return. They have not responded to me since. AND, I haven't even received all of my items!! Don't waste your money with this crappy business

Junk. Cheap everything. I chalk it up to me not researching this “company”. Terrible fit., no cushion at all. Never buy anything here again.

Item arrived very poor quality and does not fit .Tried to send email for returns address and fails to send every time .

the items i ordered for my wife arrived none of it fitted, I returned all the Items recorded delivery which they received and promised to refund the money that was owed to me, this has been going since september 2022 and over a dozen emails with no response from Curveshine.co.uk.
if i had known then what i know now i would not have gone anywhere near them so please be warned do not deal with them

This is NOT a UK company. AVOID at all costs. The garments are poor quality and fit.
Customer service is non existent. Any returns must go back to China.

Dreadful product and customer services, sizes so small and they expect me to pay postage return to China! Not a happy customer!

The sizes are all wrong and when I went to return it was at my expense to China.
No refunds
When I left a review on Facebook they blocked me and they have now stopped responding to my emails

This is a foreign company. I received wrong size. They don’t do exchanges. I doubt they do returns. You pay all postage both ways. Kept item that didn’t fit, and chalked it up to not doing my research.

I agree & reiterate all the other reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Poor quality, way off inconsistent sizing. Appear to be UK company but when you want to return have to pay to return to China. They offer you 15% refund!! Not clear in returns policy.

What went wrong with this item ? i ordered it from Curveshine . It took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was very poor. I ordered a size 18 and the outfit i received was probaly a size 10 ! They are not interested ... stupid coments and excuses in emails . I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN

I ordered a Tankini, took 3 weeks to arrive as sent from China, they sent the wrong item to me and they wanted me to pay for the postage to send it back, they will not do pre paid. It’s their mistake and their customer service is terrible repetitive responses, so out of pocket due to their incompetence. Wish I never ordered from them

Advertise as Uk company, good took 7 weeks from China, you have to pay out to return items to CHINA and they give you the wrong area code 231000 it should be 230000, think they are hoping your return will get lost!

Not a UK company although the the name says so (China) ! Took a month for items to come, had missing item's and not a FULL refund given for missing item ! I have given up asking now, my advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY
