We recommend this marketing team. We had some trust issues going in as we had poor experiences with several agencies prior to this company, but we are glad we took a chance with Aesthetic Acquisition. We have only been working for 1.5 months and are already seeing the increased volume of appointments in our high-priority service line. Lachie is particularly excellent at being proactive in his communications with us, making sure his team is on target to hit appointment goals, and aligning his call center team with our communications style for a seamless experience for new patients/leads. Lachie and his team have been amazing to work with. Communication is always clear and consistent, which is especially important for me when trusting a marketing agency. He and his team got to work right away and got about 8 new leads booked within the first 10 days, which was a drastic increase from my current booking rates.
