UPDATE: The item did arrive eventually. Thanks to the reviews here, I was unsurprised by the lack of "beginner tutorial" in the booklet. It's a great idea & I do hope all the makers & sellers of this product take the feedback to improve it. So glad to have it at last.

Echoing everything here: Total scam, no product delivery & my tracking # is now “not found” at the site. The item was a little cross stitching album that may or may not exist. Completely fraudulent theft.

I actually tried to find a similar item on Etsy before purchasing from the ad, because I worried something like this would happen from an unknown site/company. Buyer beware: check.

If anyone can point me to an Etsy seller, I’m still looking for a cross stitching instructional album. 🙂

I wish I Googled this company before I placed an order. I saw their add on Pinterest. The website looks beyond legit with tons of great reviews (this should have been a red flag) but I can assure you its absolutely terrible. First of all it ships from SHENZHEN, China and took about a month to receive. My excitement that it arrived only lasted a brief moment when I saw how cheap the bracelet was and then the photo in the bracelet was completely damaged with a black line going across the faces in the photo. I reached out multiple times with no response. Luckily I only ordered one thing and am about about $30, it could have been a lot worse but don't waste your money on this shop.

They make it seem like its from the UK. No it's China. Take over a month to get to you. Thy dont care about the packing being damaged or time. The especially don't care about the picture being seen, you can see it but the middle is not the face, its of to the side and blurry and the bracelet is the flimsy rope type kids wear. No substance a great disappointment....I'm not giving it to my daughter!!!!!

This is a fraudulent company website. I ordered 2 necklaces with my son’s name that died for me and his sister. The tracking number came first then it took weeks for me to see it reach the USA and after almost 2 wks of it being here it got all the way to the mailing address then was returned due to wrong address which was strange because it got there as I rechecked the delivery address and it was right.
I have tried to write and send messages about this and got no response. I then started to ask about a refund and got no response either.
I am so disappointed and sad this was done at a very sad time in my life.
I will never recommend anyone to this company.

I ordered a necklace with a message. It took me three hours to try to find it on the website and write a message because it didn't save messages, and it was a nightmare. Until a message appeared saying the order was processed. At the end of the payment process, they only gave me the order number, but I couldn't see anything else about the order or the delivery time. I sent several messages asking about shipping. Until the last message I got was that they didn't want the necklace. Finally, someone responded and apologized for the delay. When it arrived, I saw a mistake in the name I had written, and again, after so many messages, they said there was a mistake and that it had arrived late and needed them to send me a way to return what I ordered. They responded that they needed a photo of the message that was engraved and that they apologized for the delay. The response came after another month of waiting, saying they had reviewed what I had ordered and that what I had written was the same as what they had received—an incomplete name; and that there was nothing they could do. This is a scam to me. First and foremost, a clear-minded person. How does someone take the time to search for a gift? Spend three hours sending payment, writing a pointless message, and spending money for no reason. Wait weeks for it to arrive, sending multiple messages asking about delivery, being late for the event and using the wrong name. Ask for a refund, only to have someone give me an explanation as if I were crazy and that my complaint didn't make sense. What poor service to the customer and the company, who won't accept refunds and just keep the customer's money.

Total fraud!! Item arrived damaged. No response to my inquiry.

BEWARE!!! This company is a scam. It needs a zero rating! I wish I had researched the company before placing an order and giving them all my credit card information.

It's been months since I ordered a Mother's Day necklace for my wife from my son and me, but I had to jump onto the reviews and re-emphasize that this company is HORRIBLE. They were late with the gift because they never give you a timeline to when it would come in. I ordered over a month in advance which is a ton of time! Nevermind the lateness, the quality was CRAP. You can't even see the photo because it was so small and low quality. The biggest waste of money. They perfect their marketing and product photos just so they can catfish you. I wish someone could shutdown this business.

This is fraud at it's worst! I wish I had checked online before ordering a very LARGE order from this company. I have been contacting the company ongoing for four days with NO response! This is so frustrating as we lost our beloved pet and I wanted things to remember him with for our children.

Purchased a bracelet as a gift on 2nd July. I still haven’t received it and all my emails requesting a refund have been ignored. I DO NOT recommend this company. They have been useless

Ordered a photo bracelet, when I received it I was unhappy with the photo, as we looked like we were sunburnt! Contacted company, offered me 30% credit for store, didn’t want that, wanted a FULL refund! Sent item back (signed for package) STILL WAITING FULL REFUND!!! Communication is awful with this company!

Terrible quality from China and it’s really difficult to see your image. Dont bother to order the boxes as they will only arrive in a thin padded envelope all the way from China and will arrive scuffed and squashed like mine. Then the customer service is non-existent. You have been warned

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star rating. I ordered 2 bracelets sent about 5 emails and inquiries regarding the status of my order. Nobody ever responded . This is a total scam !!! I can’t believe these websites can stay on Google and not be removed !

Do not waste your money. This company and product is terrible. I ordered the bracelet and you can’t even make out the picture in it. The picture is so small, blurry and looks like a fingerprint is on the picture but it is so grainy you can’t even tell who the pic is. I have reached out 4 times to this company and they never respond. This company should not be in business. Save your money, I wish I had. VERY disappointed.

I ordered two personalized bracelets in March 2024… it is May 2024, my ordered was not completed. I have sent too many messages to get the rest of my order and still nothing! Was in communication with a representation about an investigation of this order. This order is under $50, but have not heard anything back from the representative or the company. The worst thing about this situation is that you can’t physically call the company. And communication by email is very slow and poor.

As per all of the other reviews - I bought a braclet that has never arrived! Total SCAM - very disappointed

Total SCAM! I ordered a bracelet for a friend with a picture of her mom that recently passed. It was a birthday present and her birthday has long come and gone. Ive been waiting almost 3 months for it. Ive reached out several times to their customer service and Jason Kwok respnds and tells me they are looking into it. He also gave me a tracking number for shipping and it won’t allow me to track it. Very disappointed. STAY AWAY!

Scam- ordered picture bracelets and it has been six months with nothing but an automated email saying they are dealing with it. Took my money - nothing in return and no sign of a refund even though I contacted them repeatedly. Very disappointed ☹️

SCAM!!!! I order on 2-02-2024 a necklace and bracelet for my daughter after viewing their add on Pinterest. I have not receive anything. I reach out and the scammer JASON KWOK reply immediately with an automated email after that no other update or merchandise. SCAM, SCAM, DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!

I bought a bracelet for my sister for Christmas and after the second time of wearing it, still in January, she noticed the bead with the photo in it had dropped out. (The photo in the bead wasn’t perfect either, it had a black line running through the picture that was not on my original) Having tried to contact them 4 times via their website messaging platform, they have never replied. I’m still getting bombarded with offers and promotions but nothing to try and put right what they already sold me. Don’t buy from these people.
