Placed an order for "Heated Gloves Pro" (couples pair)£69. Like most people I was under the impression goods where coming from Derby UK. To my surprise I received Tracking no. from a China post service quickly followed by a message from EVRI stating they had collected parcel at a gateway? I waited 14 days and had no further updates EVRI couldn't help and advised i contact Seller. I tried contacting AETHER ANGELS using web site supplied email and phone number I got no answers. I then reported web site as fraudulent especially after realizing my payment went to Montpellier. Surprisingly a week later I actually received a parcel with gloves, they actually appear to be of decent quality and all appears well. So it's a shame they couldnt be up front about the fact you are purchasing from China and goods may take up to 3wks to be delivered.

Oh Dear. Shame I didnt read the reviews before ordering. As everybody else I thought it was in Derby with very English looking quality website. Surprised then to find tracking showed item in China. The jacket has arrived but no battery. Its xmas present for the wife wont know until xmas day if it works. website now gone, as has email. Shame as the person behind it will no doubt pop up again under a different website shipping other products in from China. Lesson learned ALWAYS CHECK OUT SUPPLIER BEFORE USING.

What can I say that has not been said in other reviews the gloves finally arrived today after being ordered 27/11/25 tried thr heating element and sucking an extra strong mint and blowing on my hands would be warmer they are about as much use as a can of soup in a sieve

Ordered a heated gilet and power bank on 26 Nov 2025 for a Christmas present. I waited 4 weeks for the gilet, which turned out to be far too small for a 2XL size. There's no way of returning it because the company seems to have closed down. All emails, calls and tracking numbers come up with a message saying 'site cannot be found'.
The power bank hasn't arrived, even though Evri sent an update in November saying they'd received it. When I queried it with Evri they said I should speak to the original supplier, which of course I can't if their site no longer exists.

ordered 1 gilet jacket but they sent 2 and charged me for both, both jackets had faulty controllers, even with a new power pack, multiple emails with no reply, phone switched off. Clearly they are shipping reject products and stealing your money SCAM SCAM SCAM

**SCAM ALERT** Do not buy from this company. They send the gilets but the size was completely wrong. There was no heat packs and no returns form. Have emailed customer support twice but had no reply. Total waste of money. Scammers

No communication other than advising that order was on its way. There was no way to cancel as the website says. Telephone disconnected, email radio silence. Company not registered in GB Companies House.
The address doesn't exist. My Items did actually arrive much to my surprise. Time will tell regarding quality. No returns label as promised. I certainly will not be using this company again.

Ordered a womens heated gilet. The photograph on the website showed that it came in a nice box with the power pack. The package itself took about 3 weeks to be delivered not the 3 to 6 days it does say on website and to add insult Evri lost it. Finally turned up 8 days later. No nice box tatty plastic bag no power pack and no care instructions also no paperwork to return. Have tried to contact them nothing so far. Do not buy from this company they are ripping people off.

When the gloves turned up they were tiny small. £25 STOLEN
Think I would have been better ordering from TEMU.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Delivery said 5/6 days full refund guarantee etc. in the event the gloves came from China on a slow boat!! Tried calling both numbers and emailed three different addresses all of which ignored!!

So, as everyone has said, they claim to be from Derby… they’re not.

Ordered my heated gilet and power bank which came as 2 separate items from china a couple of days apart. (From I think different places in china!)

To be fair the tracking was really good, but the product is not the quality I’d expect for what was paid.
The actual gilet does feel a bit small for what it is meant to be and I’m pretty sure the heating elements are positioned poorly.

I’ll not be using them again.

Ordered thermal waterproof gloves from this company thinking it was a British company (it says Derby) however it is a Chinese company and they do not communicate with the customer. The gloves eventually arrived and appear well made however they are certainly not waterproof. I wouldn't purchase from them again

The company does not exist at the stated address and never has.
Stated mobile is always switched off
It is a scam company that is in France.
I have reported it to trading standards and the fraud police.

Its a scam

I ordered a heated gilet and power bank on 22nd November. There were no reviews at the time and now I’ve seen the reviews here. Same issue. No order received, tracking doesn’t work, no response to emails. Management email is a gmail account.

I ordered a heated gilet with power bank . Eventually received the gilet, very poor quality for the price .Chineserubbish. wrong size , no return label, no power bank,. Don't answer emails . Tracking stopped working .

Ordered body warmer two weeks ago. Arrived 4th December. Incorrect size sent .No power Battery .No Paper documentation to allow me to return the item for credit. No response to my telephone calls

Scam. First day got a tracking ref via Evri which looked legit which said my order had been picked up. Then a few days later this changed to being dispatched from China via different courier. Still not received my order yet. How can a scam company like this be still allowed to trade following being identified as a front for a scam??
