Not even worth 1 ⭐️
Not even worth 1 ⭐️ Big mistake ordering from this company and as the others have said, ordered in a rush and no reply to emails or telephone. The heated gillet that I ordered wasn’t cheap. I initially made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, but you could cancel the order within 12 hours. There was nothing on the website to be able to do this so sent an email instead. However this was ignored and received the wrong size item. They don’t reply to emails or you can ring them, but it is a dead telephone line. PEOPLE LIKE THIS DISGUST ME. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED LIKE MYSELF AND OTHERS HAVE
This company appears to be a scam
This company appears to be a scam . Ordered in a hurry and now regretting it, item added to final invoice I didn't want or ask for. Company cannot be reached via phone or email. Checked progress of my order via their website tracking, no order found so unlikely to receive what I paid for. Avoid like the plague
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!
Goods are coming from China, this company supposedly based in Derby does not actually exist. I am usually really careful before ordering online, however, I made a poor rushed decision to order from this 'company' and now regretting it.
They don't reply to emails or answer the phone, no way to get in contact with them.
I am feeling extremely doubtful I will actually receive what I have paid for. I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank.
UPDATE!! Gloves have finally arrived after almost 2 weeks. They are nothing like advertised on their website, no box, poor quality. Could of got exactly the same thing off Temu for a fraction of the price. Also no returns label in the package ( surprise, surprise) considering they are clearly drop shipped from China!
UPDATE 2: I reported to Trading Standards and have raised a chargeback dispute with my bank. I have just received a call from Derby Council Trading Standards who confirmed what I already knew that this company is not based in Derby the address on their website does not exist. They are trying to get the site shut down as they have received numerous complaints but the site is hosted in the US so it's not simple or fast. However, he told me a chargeback should be successful with my bank so I urge others to also do the same.
Aetherangels don’t fulfill returns promises. They are not a proper British company just a front to sell goods from China.
I ordered a heated jacket from the company Aetherangels which, from the address given on their website, I believed was based in Derby, England. The website promised free returns if unsuitable using an enclosed returns label . However, there wasn’t a returns label and when I tried to contact them their phone was switched off and email inactive. I kept trying and after a week or so I got an email from Lea Burin at an Shopify.com address asking me to send a photo and he would then tell me how to proceed. I sent the photo and another ten days have passed without response.
Interestingly, my money went to a company called Havenbridges which is based in Montpelier, France. The company, has 138 Trustpilot reviews, nearly all in French, giving one star reviews from customers feeling scammed. I think I’m being strung along and will never receive return instructions or a refund.
