Would give zero stars if this was…

Would give zero stars if this was possible. Furniture received was nothing like the picture. Order was a duplicate of an earlier order. Second order was only opened 31 days after receiving item because no problems were experienced with the first order. Second drop table order lacked the wooden inlay, characteristic of the first order, and displayed in the website picture. Photographs were requested by AFA on 2 separate occasions from different departments in order to address my complaint. These were sent to all departments but AFA then never responded. When a dispute was lodged with the credit card company, AFA said that the item was not returned within 30 days as per their terms. How's that for being a loyal customer ? AFA are typical of the unaccountable new America.

My experience with AFA was Good

My experience with AFA was good . Very good pricing . Easy to navigate the website and biggest compliment I can give is the customer service I recieved . I had issue with delivery and lost my info on this order . After an email ( not expecting a response for several days ) within 12 hours I recieved a detailed answer including all my info. on this order . I recieved information on the shipper and all that I needed . I was truly impressed with there quick , detailed response . Thank You for that . As a consumer its refreshing to see detailed customer service that responds quickly in these times . Good company , competitive pricing quality furniture . Excellent customer service .

AFA beat everyone on theprice of the…

AFA beat everyone on theprice of the table we wanted. I am not talking about 20.00 or 30.00. I am talking 300.00! Now that's what I'm talkin' about! Now if I can just find an easy way to track the shipping! They track with the SHOP app, and I did not have it installed when I purchased it. Now I cannot get the "SHOP" app to track it.

If I could've given zero stars I would have

If I could've given zero stars, I would've done that. I ordered a Jackson Furniture chair from afastores.com. When trying to put the legs on the chair one of the receptacle holes did not have the screw part in it. It was just the drilled hole in the frame of the chair. I called and spoke with a B Santos followed up with an email and a photo of the issue asking for them to send me the piece or whatever needed to be done so I could screw the leg in the bottom of the chair. I never heard back from B Santos or anyone at AFA stores after about a week or so. I sent a follow up email still no response so I paid almost $900 for a chair and delivery that I had to turn around and pay a repair person to come in and fix the chair. The combination of poor workmanship from Jackson Furniture, and poor customer service from their retailer AFA stores makes this one of the most dissatisfied purchases I've ever made in my 70 years of life. I will never do business with either again.

Absolute junk furniture at a premium…

Absolute junk furniture at a premium price. It will be a miracle if your furniture isn’t defective in some way. Ours was!!!!! Cheap particle type wood and a dull finish unlike the pictures on their website. Stay away from this company

I am a widow approaching 80, paid an extra $200 for white glove delivery and after they unpackaged my two chairs, left all of the boxes and packing materials for me to dispose of. What did I pay the extra money for?

Dishonest and lacks integrity!

If I could give a zero rating I would but I’m required to give at least one star. The company and customer service are all dishonest and this company is not to be trusted. I purchased an item under the company’s assurance that the product I ordered was in stock and would be shipped within 1-3 business days. A tracking number was created the day after the on line purchase and then it sat in a warehouse in Georgia for five days. After numerous calls to the company on the status and having to wait several hour to speak to a manager, they assured me the product would go out today and they also informed me that they were in touch with the warehouse manager who reportedly stated it would ship today. I checked the status after business hours this evening and the tracking information still shows the product remains in the Georgia warehouse and was never picked up. This being the first time we have ordered from this company and having experienced dishonesty and mounting frustrations, we decided to cancel the order via email, which we sent on Friday April 17, 2026. We received an acknowledgment back immediately and also on the next business day, Monday April 20th. On Monday the same customer service rep that I have had non stop frustrations with sent me an email indicating that she would cancel the order so long as it has not shipped and would get back to me. Well, it had not shipped and it in fact it did not ship until mid afternoon on April 22- five days after my cancellation and two days after customer service said they would cancel so long as it did not ship. Now the company is trying to recoup a 10% restocking fee and trying to charge me for the shipment return. I have all the documentation and an open claim with my bank fighting their ludicrous and absurd position. It was their negligence entirely and they are trying to make it my problem. Well, they have another thing coming! Game on!
