Do not order from this company. I order a jacket and they lost my order and then when I finally got the jacket it was too small. Sizes are not accurate. I sent the jacket back and they never sent me a replacement nor gave me a refund. The customer service is a joke. They say they are looking into it and referring it to a higher authority but never get any action.
Clearly a scam company. Not sure how they stay in business. Just be prepared to lose your investment.

Scam Company!!! Sizes are Chinese super small!! Ordered a Men’s 3XL fits me like a Men’s SMALL.

Exchange is a joke 30 day return to China. Would have cost me $178 CDN to return a coat within that 30 day window on an item that cost $99 US.

Complete scam of a company. Returned an item and all I got was auto replies for 6 months. These amateurs are ripping people off with their returns and the product was crap, nothing like the picture.

nice smart website - I guess that is the trick to lure us in - since then no communication or delivery and no one replies to inquiries, plus Tracking system is down every day .

I ordered two pair of hiking pants. The worst fit and quality I’ve ever seen. which was expensive, three months ago, I sent them back immediately and have not received my refund. My credit card after had unauthorized transactions. (May be a coincidence) The bank caught it right away. I will NEVER, buy from them again...and am boycotting anything made in China!

I purchased hiking pants. They sent me the wrong size. I returned the pants 5 months ago. I have not received the correct size. I asked for a refund instead along with a refund for the return shipping costs. I keep getting generic email responses that say they are working on it. This company has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT purchase from them!!!!!

There was a sell that I wanted to return - no chance.
I sent my pants off, they pretended they needed time, now no one answered - neither pants nor money!

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers in early May. It took 4 weeks to receive one pair, and 6 weeks for the third. Although their staff responded quickly and courteously, that is way too long for delivery. I will not judge Affinity on this, my first experience with them. I'll try again, and I hope with faster results!

Although the package I have ordered took long time to arrive the support and communication was at high level.

Absolutely horrible company. I ordered two pairs of shorts both Large. I received a small and a XXL. Company will not pay for return shipping. I live in the U.S.A. it would cost me more than the shorts cost originally to ship back and after the first error i cant even trust them to send the correct sizes a second time. Could you imagine how long this could go on for. Gave the shorts to Goodwill, Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a pair of cargo pants from this company. The ad and website featured a nice belt with the pants. Did not say belt not included.
Ordered on May 21. Order arrived on June 21.
The quality is ok, nothing special. The pants were expensive even with the sale price.
You can get Carhart and Union Bay cargo pants, which are better quality, on Amazon within a week for less money and a belt.
Done with this company...

I've bought a blazer online at Affinity Find. What a joke!
The material feels like I'm gonna burst into flames if I walk close to any heat source + the size (XL) is so small it bearly fits on my 12 year old son.
Returning the item for exchange? Same price as the blazer itself.

Absolutely pathetic!!
Quite possibly the worst ordeal I’ve ever had to experience.
Took the money straight away (that was 6 weeks ago) and all you get is a generic email response about why the item has not arrived.
Avoid this joke of a company at all costs!!!

Same experience as the rest of the reviews on here. I ordered my shoes a month ago and there is no update on the order or their whereabouts. The emails I get back from the help-desk could not be less helpful. They tell me they've escalated the matter, that they will get back to me in 24-96 hours (and never do). That the package is on its way (it isn't) and that I can get a refund once I return the shoes (At that point i felt like I must be dealing with a bot and not a real human...I mean come on!!)
As someone else said, you are better off lighting $50 and watching it burn than ever ordering anything from this joke of a company!

BUYER BEWARE - CHEAP CHINA CHIT
First, it took over a month to get the running shoes I ordered. Poor packaging, loose shoes stuffed in a plastic bag. Poor quality, should be blue denim canvas, but are a cheap imitation plastic-like rubber, horrible looking. Plus, they sent me the wrong size shoes and want me to pay shipping to send them back. Will not exchange or refund. Horrible communication, get the same template response over and over with no real response to my concerns. Stay away for sanity's sake. Don't waste your money. DO NOT BUY FROM AFFINITY FIND.

My order took approx 4wks to arrive at my PO in Jamaica. Im pleased with the product ordered but find the updates on the site needing of improvement. From the day is recvd notification advising of the shipment of the order, there was no update advising that my product has arrived in the island. Other shopping sites offer timely update on their tracking site

I found the company via an Instagram ad. Having bought via social media ads before I was wary of another bad made in China experience. I was relieved to see an office address in Seattle and imagined I'd get the shoes in less than a week.

As of June 17th (over a month since May 12th order), I still have not received the shoes. Given that I've now moved to a new state, ever actually receiving the shoes seems impossible. Their team has been incredibly unhelpful and refuses to issue a refund. Do not order from this company for your sanity's sake. Light $50 on fire instead. It'll be more relaxing and less time consuming.

Jacket is cordiroy .looks and feels good . Only thing make sure you order at least 3 size larger . I am a large US SIZE . They sent a 2XL
and it just fits. A 3XL would of fit better. Chinese sizing seems much smaller.
Happy with product except for sizing.
