DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A MONTH AGO AND STILL NO PRODUCT. I AM MOVING IN 2 DAYS AND THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME FOR 3 WEEKS THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS MY REQUEST FOR A NEW ADDRESS FOR SHIPMENT.

I SEE A LOT OF REVIEW ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT BEING POOR. I CANNOT COMMENT BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY ORDER... WAS “SUPPOSED TO SHIP OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS”.

Cheap plastic shoe stuffed in a bag stuffed in my mailbox. Nothing like the picture. Never again. I will try and send them back. Shoe was a joke would not be seen in them. Not happy.

Bad quality shoes! I’ve ordered 3 pair of (sportive) shoes, (like a boatshoe) 2 men shoes and 1 woman, with a total amount of $ 135,=.
After a few weeks only the 2 pair of men shoes came in the WRONG SIZE ! The other pair of woman shoes I’ve NEVER RECEIVED !
The quality was so BAD that we would never be wearing them, so I’ve send them back. After several e-mails, maybee 8 or 9, in wich I’ve complained about this order, I’ve send them back with a Track & Trace code sending to CHINA. I thought when I ordered them that they would come from the USA..... I had to pay €24,= shippingcosts!! Affinity Find did not even react on my e-mail where I was asking for a refund of the shippingcosts for their bad quality products and all the fuss. What a rip off! I would never order with them again! 😫

Great help from customer services when I needed them. Prompt replies and helpful. A great company to do business with.

I received a pair of booties over a month after I placed my order. The shoes were stained and of such poor material that even if I had worn them (I didn't), they would have not lasted more than a wear or two. I contacted the company to send them back (I included a photo), which was a possibility, but they required that the shipping included tracking, which would cost me as much as the shoes did. I would never order from this company again.

Ordered size 10 shoes. They sent size 11. When i asked about the returns policy they pointed me to their website. It states that the user pays for return fees. I have emailed about 10 times now and each 'robot' person on the other end says the same thing, that being.....they won't reimburse return fees. They have absolutely no intention of paying for THEIR mistake. Trust your instincts folks....there are so many bad reviews for a reason. I've been ripped off, others have been ripped off....don't be the next mug!!!

I feel completely ripped off by Affinity Find. The shoes I bought took over a month to arrive and are the narrowest shoes I've ever tried on. The industrial materials smell is so strong, I can't keep them in the house. To top it off, I find out that I am responsible for the cost of returning them with tracking, and this cost will be more than what I paid for the shoes!!! Highly unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with Affinity Find again and I will tell others not to waste their money.

June 6th update -- I finally received a response from these thieves that my refund had been processed, however they extracted a 20% re-stocking fee, so that plus the expense of sending the product back, cost me as much as I paid for the cheap merchandise they sent (pair of shoes).

AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY -- THEY ARE A SCAM WHO SELLS REDICULOUSLY SHABBY MERCHANDISE WHICH THEY DON'T SHIP FOR WEEKS AFTER CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD, THEN CONTINUE TO STALL WITH REFUNDING YOUR MONEY. THEN THEY EXTRACT A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. THEY ARE THIEVES AND CROOKS!!!!!

These people are thieves!!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes, and my credit card was immediately charged, which is normal. The shoes took over a month to deliver (from China). They were too small, so I emailed to get the return procedure. They responded with a mail address to return the shoes, which I did at a cost of an additional $16. I mailed the shoes back on April 15th. Today is June 3rd, and I have yet to receive my refund. I continue to email them asking when credit will be issued, but get only explanations about how their procedure works, but no answer as to when I will receive the credit.
Caution -- they are thieves and crooks!!! They will continue to delay and avoid giving answers on credit. I believe they think I will just give up and forget trying to get my money back. I reported them to the BBB, but don't think it will matter. They have stolen my money!!! Do not buy anything from this sham of a company!!!!

Product never arrived and still trying to get a refund

i had to wait some time,then sent emails,and waiting when got the order, the post lady said that all the post in the south of france was late,so this mean they sent the order on times and it was over here it was not good,so i say once again thank you very much

The shipping was late but their support team stepped up and found my package. Great pants and great service.

I wish I could give this company a lower review. 1 star doesn't do it justice.

1. I accidentally double ordered a product, I emailed them immediately and said that they cannot do anything and said I have to wait for the product to arrive and return it following a very complicated return policy with very specific requirements.

2. Every question I asked them, they gave me very vague answers. The only plus side to this is they emailed me within 1-3 business days.

3. They provided me with the wrong size of shoe. I ordered a pair of shoes at 13.5 (I'm usually size 13) and when they came in, they were too small.

Really not worth your time. Terrible marketing, terrible service, terrible company overall. I'm a fool to not have looked up the rep before buying.

What a rubbish seller. Lied and lied that my items "appear to be shipped correctly" for five weeks when I notified them that their tracking number showed no information. Told me that they couldn't show tracking until it arrived at my local post office. Eventually I was able to track it myself with tracking ninja and found that after five weeks it was listed as registered but not sent. Finally got my money back when they found out that I could track my parcel without them. Thanks Paypal. Never again Affinity Find. And by the way I found the same product on the Chinese site for about half the price with free shipping... and then found it locally for even less.

Shoes arrived eventually. Took a long time to come. Quality seems ok, will see how they are to wear. Communication was good when chasing up the delivery. Would I use again? Mmmm. Maybe maybe not.

Careful object is not delivered ....!

For almost four months I have been waiting in vain for the jacket to be sent to me. Everything I get back from you is a tracking number that I can not handle. I therefore ask you to immediately take care of my request. Please send me a traceable tracking number or send me the money back.

Terrible! Never got the shoes I paid for neither an explanation from their customer service. Just a scam!
Update: i got the shoes more than one month after I placed my order. No explanation or apologies. The shoes look nice although the quality is not good.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

As they’ve promise a customer to ship the product within 10-15 days. You won’t be able to track the status of the shipping and yet you won’t be able to receive the product atleast 1 month or even more.

Extremely horrible company and Facebook should banned it from the advertisement. I’m still waiting for my product and have not received it yet. Please do not my comment likely; we should do something about it. Do not support them please.

AffinityFind (My Stiff) This is my 2nd request, where is my stuff?? Its been over a month since you guys shipped my order- no tracking updates, no communication, no product?? Yet I’m getting automatic (stupid) emails from your Director of sales - asking me how do I like my products? Well I can answer that question- I like my products - “DELIVERED”!! Amen!!
