Shocking!! Rang me continously until i gave in and went through the application. My phone call was terminated just before completing however they still managed to enter me into a contract with 3 which I have discussed with them an have cancelled!!

Also after further investigation i have since found this company was dissolved in march 2023!!

I'm sick fed up of this company phone me every single day I've said I'm not interested I've tried being extremely rude on phone but they won't leave me alone.

There is no way to contact you considering you have blocked your website from doing so, I ended the call yesterday 15/10, clearly stating before hanging up that I do not want to go ahead and take a phone out due to financial issues, this morning, I receive an email saying I am expecting a delivery within 3-5 working days!! PLEASE cancel this!!! And stop calling me and other 10x a day, we ain't answering for a reason!

Company should be closed down. Getting people's emails and phone numbers from somewhere and make constant harnessing unsolicited calls trying to sell things. Won't take for an answer. Doesn't comply with the telephone preference service.

Constantly phoned me about mobile phone contract wouldn’t leave me alone asked for bank details then hung up phoned them back and they kidded on they didn’t know who I was and then continued to say they don’t speak English to them hang up again and then block my number police have been contacted

Called by someone called Adam (actually hosam islam) checked on gov website and company has been dissolved. This person also added my WhatsApp after I blocked him and tried to be rude saying I don't have any money and I am broke. Then proceed to flirt after. I also searched the number online and found out it's a telecom scam!!! Please so not put in any bank details for your safety.

Still waiting after I done the transaction over the phone , No email sent confirmation sent to me.

These people are driving me insane! Blowing up my phone constantly despite me telling them I’m not interested, I don’t know where they got my number and to remove me from their system! Yet they still harass me constantly. Absolute joke of a company

Wouldn't stop calling me, offered me a definite contract for sim and mobile phone, but couldn't do anything without bank details, I stupidly gave them my card details and security number on card, called them lots of rime for 3 days with no reply, definitely a scam, now I have had to cancel cards etc, how do they get away with this

Will not stop harassing me they are in breach of UK GDPR laws. You can report them to the ICO under nusicance calls and to national trading standards, they have hounded me for months now non-stop for business which I am not interested in. I have repeatedly made request for my details to be removed of which they refuse to do, and is illegal. They spoof numbers so constantly call you from different numbers. Their companies house number is 14414924 and the sole director is a civil engineering Mostafa Mahmoud.

The operators seem to think it’s incredibly funny to harass people and continue to break the law, I’m not surprised by the reviews below detailing the business is a scam. They are highly unprofessional.

Update harassed again 15/07/20204 refused again to take my details off the system despite putting me through a so called manager. This is not a genuine company it’s a scam and if you look the number up they are under investigation by TPS and rated negatively by other callers. They have been informed in writing via their online customer service form, repeatedly informed over the phone for months now I am not interested in their business yet continue to make unsolicited phone calls to me. I have made no application for their service and do not wish to have anything to do with their business. The only action they should be taking is to apologise when they incorrectly phone people and remove their details from their system instead they refuse and argue about something they have a statutory duty to perform.

It was a very good experience , They explained all the details of the contract clearly, and they were so helpful. and I recommend them to my family as well.

Applied for a contract with them 2 months ago and got denied. They called me yesterday saying I suddenly qualify for one now. All the questions they asked me were a bit quick and non professional, got half way though payment details and I could hear background noise, i asked if the call should be in private mode where it’s enclosed which he said it already was. So I ended the call knowing it was a scam, they called back 6 times. I answered and had been put though to a woman saying she needs card details to finish contrac, I said nope. She said it doesn’t have to have money in the account and can even be an old card just needs to be registered to my address. About 5 times I said I don’t have any other card and she proceeded to keep saying so you don’t have any old cards, you’ve never updated your card I said nope you ent getting my details, they then called back later that day again so I gave them fake details and he said it’s not working can I have the card details you gave me earlier, I said nope he said why not 😂 cheeky f**king desperate scammers

Absolute scammers. Got email after signing up and giving all my card and bank details of this company trying to take money from both of accounts. All cards and accounts now changed and blocked from them. Be careful and never give details out EVER. UNLESS U KNOW WHO THEY ARE

Guys Please beware. This is a scam. I was looking for a pay monthly phone I mean contract phone. After getting declined every where I checked on google to get pay monthly phone . I found this website

I filled their form. Yesterday I got a phone call from this company. She took all my bank details like bank card number, Account number, Name, Date of birth, address etc. I was promised a Iphone 15 pro max with 3 network with 10 GB data and 5000 mis free. I was told phone will be delivered next week.

But the way she talked it did not look authentic. She was speaking poor broken English and it sounded too good to be true. I even asked that I have been declined every where so how come they offering me phone. She said oh we are affortable company etc. She told me I will get email with delivery details of phone etc in next 30 minutes. But nothing happened. Then later a person called me pretending to be her supervisor. He was also speaking broken English and it seemed like he/she was speaking from outside of UK

I got call from this number. 020 3650 4205 and I was given this number 020 7961 1610 for future enquiries

This is a total scam and this company does not exist and it was dissolved years ago in 2021

I also checked Trust Pilot reviews for this company and found out that many peole have been scammed by this company.

All the positive reviews there are fake reviews. Only negative reviews are correct

I am now blocking all my cards and changing my bank account number as I have given away my bank details and card numbers etc.

His so called supervisor also pressed me to give number of a relative or friend so he can offer phone to him. This is a total scam. They are just getting people details and use them for fraudulant purposes

I am totally disappointed with your service . You provided a number that you don't pick up . You mislead people . I clearly mentioned to you that i only want a mobile phone deal but to my surprise i recently received an email stating that i ordered and will have a contract of a mifi broadband that i will be paying £24 monthly . I mentioned to you that i already had a contract with three therefore i only want a phone . No communication, no updates no feedback . NB i ordered the phone last week Friday up to now nothing . If possible please cancel my order . I don't usually put bad reviews but this is the only option to reach out as you are unreachable. The funny part when you want people to place orders you call a milion times . This is a total scam especially after a person has shared bank details with you .

received a call at 19.30pm 08/02/2024 regarding an iphone contract, asked to confirm bank details over the phone, working with gdpr and card security i asked them to send an email form for my card security in case of call interception etc. reluctantly sent a form. researched company name and address on company house to find company was dissolved n november 2021 and is no longer a legal entity.

Will continuously bombard you with spam calls not a legit company will threaten you if you hang up also

Keep well away from this company. Asking for bank details and card to match. I told the. I only wanted a phone and sim card not just a sim card and was reassured that's what I'd receive. I did not I only received a sim card as I suspected. They don't deliver what they say they will. The number is impossible to get through too always a message to say they are busy and to call back later. Or record a message. I've left three and no one has called me. Absolutely disgusting company don't give them the time of day. Now I'm left with three wanting g me to keep the sim card and not taking g no for an answer. The stress this is causing is relentless. NASTY NASTY company stay well away. I am going to trading standards.
