Almost a scam

Bought two pendants for my kitchen for $200 because they looked very good on a Pinterest picture. It was not a good idea. What has come is a very cheap looking the simplest possible lamp, sent directly from China. When I tried to return them first waited 1 month fort response then they accepted it but that implies I would need to send two boxes to Morocco, they have no distribution center in the US. The shipping will probably be half if not more of the cost. Never again.

False advertisement

I ordered a chandelier from Afralia and it came disassembled over 100 wires to thread and put together. Nowhere on the website does it say you some assembly required
When I contacted them, they said you’ll have to have a professional electrician put it together. This light is $430 now I have to pay $300 to $400 for an electrician to put together!?!! there was no instructions in the box.
When I contacted them, they said they could send me a video. Which is nice and all, but it is not what I signed up for.

I’m extremely pleased with my purchase

I’m extremely pleased with my purchase from Afralia. I received an amazing product, exactly as I imagined. During installation we broke one piece and costumer services immediately responded my emails and helped get a free of charge replacement. There was a problem with the delivery address, and again they immediately fixed it. Recommend the brand for the beautiful products and great costumer care.

Not worth the stress.

They did send an item (a 12cm lamp that did not work). It was not what I ordered (a 30cm lamp). I contacted them and provided the required several scale photos and a video to demonstrate that it was faulty and although they responded promptly to my initial emails, they still only offered a refund when the item was scanned in their facility and I was supposed to wait indefinitely for the return labels to arrive. It wasn't until they noticed my unfavorable review here, that they refunded me in full and requested that I update my review. I suspect they do all of this as a habit and just rely on the fact that the average consumer will give up. Not worth the trouble and stress.

Amazing Customer Service Experience

I ordered two pendant lights from Afralia and had a change in design. I reached out and the team was incredibly helpful and communicative to help me with canceling my order and assisting in finding a new color option that would fit with the changes with my overall design.

Their customer service reps are 10/10!!!

Horrible customer service

Ordered a lamp. It was faulty , connections missing probably. Got in touch with customer support, said they would come back with an answer in 1-4 business days. Did not happen. After I received an answer, they wanted a “video” showing the problem, but I had no opportunity to record/send that the same day. Then, I got an email saying that because I had not answered, they did not want to cover the return fee for the product that doesn’t work as intended, and if it hasn’t reached them within 1 week (from Sweden to china……) they were not going to give me a refund. Bad company, bad service and will absolutely not order from them again. Recommend everyone that is considering to order from them to just don’t
