Why are you leaving this review only now? after all this time.  May I please see the image of the painting you received ?  we did not receive any messages or emails from you regarding your discontent with the product .

Thank you for your purchase We are sorry you did not like the paintings. I reviewed your orders . You ordered 5 pieces in total in 2022 . You ordered one studio painting and one mixed media painting/giclee in March, one limited edition original in May , one mixed media painting/giclee in August and the last one in December.

Your last 2 deliveries of August and December were the same kind of product. We are surprised you did not express your discontent before in August.

Everything you ordered came according to the descriptions inside the listings. A mixed media painting and giclee is the same thing.

Print on Canvas - its a high quality print on linen durable canvas. Such print is made on a high end plotter . They can come in open or limited editions. The print is covered with varnish for protection and preservation. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity and the logo printed on the front


Giclee / Mixed Media Painting - it's a high quality print on linen durable canvas with paint added on top. In a Giclee/ Mixed Media Painting an artist covers the print with acrylic or oil paint to give it texture and feel of a real painting. The Giclee/ Mixed Media Painting is covered with varnish for protection and preservation. Each Giclee/ Mixed Media Painting comes with a certificate of authenticity and the logo printed on the front. A student artist usually paints the texture on top of a Giclee/ Mixed Media Painting. Some older Giclee/ Mixed Media Paintings were made by Leonid Afremov

Thank you for your purchase. Your order was made on November 4 which is Friday, the processing of the order started on Monday November 7 the next business day . You claim that your order was made 4 weeks ago but you left this review on November 25th which makes it 21 days , 3 weeks from the moment of order or 18 days from the moment of processing , its definitely not 4 weeks and also the order was already several days in transit at on November 25th, the public can check it with DHL tracking 4907287324 on www.dhl.com. this tracking number says that DHL intended delivery and you can still receive it . the reason why we did not stop the shipment at the moment of refund because the return is very expensive. If you refuse this delivery, it will be abandoned

You opened a paypal dispute , the only way to close the dispute is with a refund or poof of delivery. at the time you opened the dispute, the package was in transit so we had to issue a refund. no other option was given to us. We respond to all requests and inquiries very fast. We have no messages registered from your email asking about status inquiries . The only communication we got was the paypal dispute

You claim you were scammed, I think this is quite the oposite. We lost money on shipping and lost a painting. but you got your money back. there is not financial loss on your part to claim a scam.

The description reads the following

How Giclee is made. It's a print on high-quality canvas. Then the print is painted on top with oil or acrylic paint to add to its texture just like on the original painting. It's the most accurate form of reproduction.

7 years ago the artist was alive and was selling his work in quite affordable price. At this moment 3 years after his passing, the cost have increased on all the products including prints. Also please take into consideration the general inflation that have been in double digits in the past 3 years. When the cost of shipping and materials goes up, we have to adjust our costs accordingly

I'm sorry that you did not like the painting. you ordered a recreation of the original painting as stated in the description. the return process was followed according to our policy and the full refund was provided after the confirmation of the delivery of the painting in our office

the initial shipment was insured for full payment value. There is no need to overpay for the insurance on a return.

1 - we refund $59 for stretching



2 - we send you a new painting stretched free of charge and you return the tube at our expense with a prepaid return label.
